My dog had been attacked ten times by larger dogs before it was eight months old.It had to be groomed separated from other dogs.They knew that this they booked it on the most busiest day.My mind is my dog panicked.They told me I had to come get him.He was full of poop.They didn't want to wash him.I made them wash him anyway.They said they had other dogs there.They couldn't tend to my dog when I went to pick him up.They were like everybody guard your dogs, don't let him get them like he's gonna bother their dogs.He was more interested in coming to us.To get the hell out of there. I don't know what they did to traumatize my dog to make him poop for a second time. That day, this time all over himself. And they wanted me to come get him like that. And I ended up still having to pay him $89 for grooming. I did get it back, but that doesn't help. How they treated my dog? I would not recommend being here. I would not recommend leaving any dog here. A dog that day also bit the lady that was acting like that with my dog. Again. I would not recommend taking your dog here, they judge him. They don't try to understand them. I'll treat them as individuals.

Had a horrible experience today trying to get my cats' nails clipped. We've gone to this location with them numerous times before, but this time our cats' records apparently needed to be updated with current shots and such. Not a big deal, I understand it is for everyone's safety. However, they did not bother to let us know BEFORE we drove the hour it takes to get there that this was due. Since it was a late evening appointment, our local vet was already closed by that time so we had no way to possibly provide the records and were turned away from service. Another HOUR drive back home with stressed cats who are still in need of grooming after all that. Absolute waste of an entire evening that could have been saved if they simply mentioned needing the updated records when we called to schedule in the first place. I would go somewhere closer but no one else grooms cats, so we are stuck. I'm just highly disappointed from this interaction.

My new puppy was in need of a beauty shop visit. Most local groomers had a wait list and she needed a puppy haircut asap. We went to Jake at PetSmart and he was fabulous. He was gentle and calming to our anxious Shishon.

They accommodated my very sloppy westie for grooming on the same day I called, right before Christmas. They groomed her exactly the way I asked them to. The employees were friendly and pleasant even though it was obvious they they barely had the time to be, it was so busy!!! I would definitely recommend them to my friends. The picture of my westie girl is in no way a critique of the job they did, she doesn't stay still for pictures, so that's the best I could get. They trimmed my other girls nails even though they were beyond busy. My pups were Christmas ready thanks to the groomers here.

They did a great job. Jake took care of our little special needs girl and she looks great. He was kind and gentle. Ellie took care of our other girl who bounced around like Tigger. Both girls were in desperate need of a good grooming. We will be back. Thanks guys
