PetSmart Grooming

Cassie is the BEST groomer. There’s only been a select few of groomers my dog, Lily, likes. Lily is always so happy and excited to walk back with her. She used to HATE going back and would try her best to stay with me. I’m always so worried about how much standing time there is in grooming since Lily’s legs get tired very easily. Lily never seems stressed, anxious, or in pain afterwards. Cassie always does a great job and I’m so happy my dog loves her.

If I could give a Zero I would. Got my pet to PetSmart at about 6 PM to be groomed by Mandy. Get the dog there and listen to the gossip about another person they are grooming for and how annoying the phone calls are. Not a great first impression. Get my pet checked in just for them to call me about 15 minutes later to tell me my dog threw up a little bit and since it had a pinkish tint he cannot be groomed(they believe it’s blood🙄). Get here to pick my pet up just to wait for 20 minutes for someone to realize we were even here(they were in the back) just for Mandy to come out with an attitude. The manager didn’t have a whole lot to say about it either. I will NEVER be back! Thanks MANDY for being trash at your job(customer service is a part of grooming just as much as the haircut).

They're very professional, kind, and patient. They did an awesome job on my dog, Tiny. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We were standing in line. There was a lady ahead of us that had a dog, the cashier kept giving her treats and petting her. The cashier just took her time and didn’t care about the line of people that were in the store.

I took my fluffy, dirty, shoe loving cat in for a bath, brush, and deshed and they did an awesome job. He smelled so good his little sister hissed at him for a day and a half. They're best friends again but he still smells good and no longer produces furnados when being pet.
