PetSmart Grooming

If I could give zero stars I would. We had been seeing Ariel for years for our dogs grooming. We brought one in today and were berated and completely blindsided when we came to pick him up- another member of the staff told my husband that we are taking advantage of Ariel and she’s “putting her foot down with us” or she’s dropping us from the salon because “we don’t come often enough.” Ariel NEVER ONCE expressed any of these issues to our face and hid behind her co-worker like a coward. When I spoke with her when she called to tell me the dog was ready, she was sweet as pie and told me everything went great. Don’t take your dogs to her - she is two-faced. Completely unprofessional and lacking social skills. I am completely disgusted. If you have something to say to one of your long term clients, at least have the decency to say it to their face. Shame on you.

Both times I had scheduled, they gave me trouble and were very rude. The first time, Ariel was supposed to be my groomer and happens so she had to put someone else in front and we had to wait longer. The 2nd time it was cancelled and for a week later. Definitely recommend going to "Hounds & Hops" in downtown, you'll be impressed.

We came here to find equipment for our aquarium. Customer service wasn't great but that might have been because they were short staffed? I think we saw two employees, one of whom was very helpful in guiding us to making the right purchases for our home aquarium and the other who was our cashier and was friendly and engaging, sharing her own personal experiences with her fish. Prices seemed a bit high but we did see some products we're likely to come back for at another time.

So they "don't" have bathrooms. Everyone is sent to Tops Friendly Markets to use the bathroom. I wonder if Tops knows that they are sending people to use toilet there. I wonder if they can bill them for that convenience. My daughter said it's because no one getting paid minimum wage wants to clean the bathrooms. Oddly enough the PetSmart that we usually go to on Walden Ave, Cheektowaga, NY does have bathroom. And that's where I'm going to purchase my items tomorrow!
