Disclaimer: Our dog is four years old and we’ve taken him here for every haircut he’s ever had (he’s a golden retriever so he gets them frequently) and he’s gotten A+ report cards consistently from Petsmart. Today our experience was very unsettling. Our groomer’s name was Haley, who was obviously less than thrilled to be there. Not a huge deal with that part though, the issue was her attitude towards Charlie. She made multiple comments of how he is a “weird dog” and says that he needs to have one consistent groomer to help with his anxiety, which would be a fair statement if he had issues with other groomers in the past. We will be coming back to Petsmart but NOT with Haley.
