My dog didn't look any different. Had soap in his fur. I specifically went over what was needed (which wasn't out of the ordinary) and nothing was done. Felt like a chop shop more than a groomers. They tried to upsell me everything but then didn't listen to what I actually wanted. My dog isn't scared of thing and after that he cling to me for days. Never again.

Terrible De-shedding Results & Inflexible Management I am extremely disappointed with the de-shedding service at this PetSmart. I booked the "FURminator" package for my White Swiss Shepherd, Murry, which is advertised to reduce shedding by up to 90%. However, three days later, she is still shedding handfuls of hair with just a simple touch. The service had near-zero effect. While the stylist (Hugh W) was professional and adjusted the service because Murry was restless, the management's handling of the issue was unacceptable. I contacted the store to report the poor results. The manager, Jess, offered a 30-minute re-brushing, which I explained was impossible because we are currently on a cross-country road trip moving to Phoenix. Despite knowing I cannot return to Oregon, Jess insisted that a refund can ONLY be processed if I am physically present at the Beaverton store. She also refused to coordinate with a PetSmart location in Phoenix to fix the issue. Providing a "solution" that is physically impossible for the customer to fulfill is not customer service—it’s a dismissal. I paid $90 for a failed service and am now left with a shedding dog in a packed car and a manager who refuse

Hugh was exceptional! He took the best care of our dog and made sure her grooming was done right. He went above and beyond anyone who has ever groomed our dog and even stayed later than needed to make sure it got done correctly. His knowledge and skills show his passion for his work and I won't take our dog anywhere else from now on. I am so greatful to have found him at this grooming salon. Top notch work! Thank you!

I’ve been using PetSmart for grooming my dogs for over 10 years and this is the second time I’ve been to the Cedar Hills location. I have to say the haircut my dog received the first time was fine, but the 2nd one was absolutely the worst I have ever had. I seriously think I could have done the same job myself. When calling for an appointment, I thought I was booking with Emma, who did a good job previously but at pick up, discovered Rogue did her cut. Her hair is uneven - she has a couple of nicks behind her ears, where the clippers apparently got too close and cut into her skin. Her eyebrows are uneven (She’s a schnauzer) and her beard is crooked. She has long hair under her arms and between her feet pads, and around her teets, and belly, plus the hair on her tail is long & uneven. Those are the major issues, but not all inclusive. I also paid extra to have her nails ground, but it is very obvious that wasn’t done. I have tried to reach out to the manager of the grooming salon by phone a couple of times to complain and have the cut finished, but each time, I am told the salon manager is either not in, or not available, and to call back later - without even offering the op

I have taken both my dogs here multiple times to get groomed. In the past I was satisfied with the service and the cuts my dogs received. This most recent time was different. I have never had Brookelynn groom my larger dog before and I made the appointment last minute so I just thought it would be fine. Let me just say first the grooming service wasn’t the issue, it was their customer service that was off putting. First at check in, I understand it’s busy and early- but the attitude is unnecessary, my dogs coat was assessed and he had some matting which is not ideal but very common in doodles. So fine charge me extra fees for brushing. But charging me an extra handling fee? My dog is the sweetest thing but he does not like loud noises or things being near his face, so I’m sorry but you’re the professional you should be able to work with dogs who are more sensitive. I’m not a professional that’s why I pay someone else to groom my dogs.. all the attitude about my dogs behavior during his blow dry and the feeling of being a major inconvenience on this person and other staff just makes me worried about how my dog was treated when I was not there, and that alone has granted PetSmart one
