PetSmart Grooming

Kory has cut my Pomeranian Chihiro since he was a puppy and he is now almost 6 years old. We took him like clockwork to her every 1 to 2 months. now we are moving and I know it’s gonna be hard finding a groomer that can live up to Kory. The other ladies here are so kind and always say hi to my dog whenever we walk in through the door. We always get a standard bath and cut with a nail grind. It is also easy to book online as well.

I was not happy with the grooming and I let the manager know. And then I let the manager of the whole store know how disappointed I was then turned around to make another appointment and they banded me from ther. So if you don't agree with what they do and complain about it.They ban you from the grooming period I will never set foot in that store again. They have lost me as a customer. what is the world coming to..... They must be a bunch of liberals

My experience at PetSmart was a good one because I didn't have to wait long at all and I was a walk in. They did an excellent job taking care of my dog Bear
