I was doing my normal pet smart shopping for perfect Weight Science diet dog food When I didn’t find any. It’s not pet smart fault but here’s where it gets interesting. I walk up to the cashier to check out and I ask him can you check the back for any of the science diet dog food? and he says no. How Unprofessional?! So I ask for the manager he looks 12 and he wasn’t any help either, just saying we can’t control when we get we could get it or we could not. I asked one simple thing if it was in the back, and these two lazy employees couldn’t lift a finger to help. I didn’t ask for them to build a complex structure I asked to check the back it’s not hard will I shop here again ask the cashier he’ll tell you my answer NO!

Very disappointed. Brought my dog home from there now she has something wrong with her eye. It is swelling up and irritating her. Also she has something in her ear maybe its water i dont know. Now i have to take her to the vet first thing monday morning to see what's wrong with her. Also she was still wet when i picked her up. Usually they take good care of her but not this time. I will be taking her some were else from now on. Any recommendations??
