We have been taking our 3 girls here for a few years - mostly for nail trimming but our greyhound rescue, Ava has also had baths there - every time the team has been very nice and professional. Our girls are all usually nervous and Ava weighing 65 lbs turns into a statue (!) but they always figure out a way to get her to relax a bit and get her done. Zoey ,our Florida stray rescue also is SUPER reluctant but they are so nice she gets done in no time and last, but never least Stella, our Italian greyhound is SUPER nervous by nature, gets her nails done the most often is always a quick client! We have had many different groomers there and they are ALWAYS busy but seem great with all the furry clients and nice to the people that love them - I usually watch our girls thru the glass so we can scoop them up as soon as they are done and NEVER have seen anything that would upset me.the prices are reasonable and although nail trimming can be a walk in - I always call to schedule because I know they are always busy.

The groomer is terrible here. Every time I take my dog there, it smells like they just wet him with water, then cut his hair and didn’t even try to trim his nails, even though I pay for the complete grooming package and luxurious bath he comes back, still dirty, halfway cut, and his nails long and his ear is not even plucked And on top of that when you try to explain it to them in the nicest way possible and ask if they could make sure he gets the pamper that you’re paying for because it’s just like me getting my nails done so I pay for him to get pampered and loved and treated well, the girls have this horrendous attitude, which makes me even More terrified to leave my precious pup there because they’re so angry, and I couldn’t imagine angry people being kind to animals, And my dog always comes back from there so distraught and traumatized and thirsty, and it’s just not a kind loving place, and I should’ve known better from how they treat their animals that they sell, to not take my dog here, I have never been more disappointed in a groomer, But everyone here just has attitudes and they’re absolutely rude and if the Owner of the pup gets treated that way, considering I leave very
