PetSmart Grooming

PetSmart! How dare you insist on the short departure notice of the Noah's Kingdom Humane Society's from your facility. And, your reasoning statement of it being, because you are looking at this as a marketing perspective is even more distasteful. Being a previous adoptee three times over, I foolishly thought PetSmart's goals were aligned with our values to be in the best interest of these helpless pets; clearly I and thousands of others have been mislead. How dare you proclaim your slogan to have our pets best interest at heart, when you gave Noah's Kingdom Humane Society only days notice to leave your premises, putting all these homeless pets at risk. This strictly corporate financial decision is one of the most lame and unproductive decisions you could have made; you have lost the publics trust and the opinion of your operation as your previous goal to benefit the pets we all love. This is so wrong on so many levels, I only hope this does not become a state and national wide decision.

Shannon is amazing and always takes great care of our dog for his grooming needs. She’s kind and pays attention to detail. Thank you Shannon!

Lol. Your bathrooms are embarrassing. Your employees must not care about the state of your store, so why should anyone else?
