I have been coming to this place and dealing with groomer (Larissa) for the last 2yrs. after being highly recommended to her by my pet's former stylist. However, it's safe to say that after my first time experiencing an extremely rude, deceptive, chauvinistic character of a person by the name of Harrison, whom advised he was the manager (which I could care even more less about his position), he has caused Larissa to lose a loyal and valuable customer. For the record, I would NEVER recommend anyone that has any good sense, to leave their furbaby with him. Better yet, with the tone he displayed towards his co-worker MaryAnn, the day I was in the store, highly suggests that he has absolutely zero business overseeing anyone or anything that pertains to customer service! Thank you Larissa for your amazing service, over the years ❤️!

This's a place that we visit a lot!especially now that we enroll our 6 months chow chow in puppy class.

Staff let me hold the bird i was interested in i went to the petco in grandprairie on 360 and manager told me I wasnt allowed to hold the bird. I bought this one simply because I was treated like a buyer and I bought this one based on that. I know I wanted one a week ago but I wanted to make sure I still wanted one after a week, so petco lost out on my business and petsmart earned it. It is a very sweet bird thats gives kisses and hes now got the hookup.

I went today to take my puppy for his first full grooming, but this turned out to be such a bad experience. 1) I wanted the bath/haircut package which is advertised as 39 online but once I got there they said it would be 82 dollars. 2) once we left our dog they said it would be 2-4 hours until he was complete. Not even 30 minutes later I get a call saying they cannot do any grooming services on him because he was being aggressive(which I totally understand bc he is still a puppy) SO I tell them that’s totally fine and I’ll be there in 15 minutes to pick him up, and do not do any work on him. 3) while we are turning into the PetSmart parking lot (literally 15 minutes like I told them) I get another call from them saying he is half shaved on one side of his body and if I would like for them to continue for an extra charge of 15 dollars making it 97 total( Even though I already told them not to do it since they said the couldn’t). I told them no since I was outside. Why would they start shaving him after I told them the first call that it was fine??? 4) they kept recommending going to a vet and sedating him. And their customer service was also lacking!!! Overall I definitely don’t rec

I love the grooming service here, my dogs always come out of that salon feeling and looking fresh!!! The employees are super sweet and helpful, I can tell they take great care of our dogs during their appointments. (The first 2 pictures are them after their haircut and the last 2 are of them before their haircut).
