I’ve been breeding angelfish for three years in a 75 gallon aquarium and maintain two Oscars in a 470-gallon indoor pond (78"x 55"), yet this store refused to sell me fish. The staff insisted a single angelfish needs the same space as a single 14 inch Oscar, all while their own bettas sit dying in cups. When I explained my setup, I was met with a condescending tone and a flat-out refusal, as if I intended to harm the animals. It is infuriating to be gatekept by employees who claim to care about fish welfare while failing to provide basic care for the animals right in front of them. It's difficult to take your 'expertise' seriously when your daily practices contradict your advice.

We love ❤️ the grooming at Pet smart ! We usually can get in fairly quickly appointments are made online and they do an excellent job on this old girl!

We attended the special Easter Saturday event today. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The stations were fun to do with coloring sheets, hamsters & Guinea pigs, a little easter egg hunt with candy and coupons, and the great selfie area. Got some pics of the boys and had lots of fun. I want to thank the folks there for a fun way to get them out of the house and encourage more people to go to the next one.

Adopted a cat from here, had a good experience I just wish the staff was a little more helpful when it comes to questions with the cats (litter trained, if they are good with other cats, ETC)

Love the staff here, very inclusive and respectful. My wife and I have been in multiple times and never experienced any form of prejudice or judgement. A few of the staff are queer themselves! Anyone who says otherwise had to have been rude to the staff first. Refreshing to have a place I know I wont be sneered at just for shopping. 🖤
