Highly recommend this PetSmart for its clean store, product availability and fantastic customer service. Carter and Alex helped us with our recent trip to PetSmart by helping with our product selection-sharing information about what would work best with our purchases. Alex went above and beyond as well helping us load up our vehicle. Shout out to the PetsMart treats program as well.

My friend rescued an abandoned, 1-day-old kitten. His gutsy determination & hearty lungs have helped him survive. We went to PetSmart to get some tips on how to care for the kitty. They let us know about syringe feeding, proper formula, & caring for him indoors. Knowledgeable, friendly staff & great recommendations. The kitty is flourishing. Thanks for steering us in the right direction. We give them 5 paws.

We have been to this location twice and both times have been absolutely incredible. I have a paralyzed beagle that loves to go with me and I can understand why. Both times, she was loved on by all employees and treated with so much compassion and respect. Truly, thank you guys for loving what you do. So much so that we can feel your passion! Unfortunately: After today's experience, I feel it is necessary to change my review. I typically don't try and be a "Can I speak with your manager?" person, but wow, what an experience. We set Val's appointment for a little spa day to pamper her. She gets rear end baths about twice a week but I'm not overly comfortable trimming her back nails. So, we set the appointment and get there early. They were all confused saying they're not sure if they can do disabled dogs or not. That's fine, I understand the liability behind it, but everywhere I checked said they could absolutely handle "disabled" dogs. The groomer who I picked is always super friendly when she sees us shopping. She asked the groomer behind her and that woman was instantly dismissive. I tried to explain about the at home bathing and my uncomfortable fear to clipping her nails. B

Carson did a great job grooming my dog Bailey. Also the other staff here are always really nice if I have a car pickup or I go inside for a purchase. I hate seeing all the negative reviews here when I always have great experiences.

PICTURES ADDED ARE POST-GROOM I took my Yorkie here for a grooming appointment (I think it was Kelly who groomed her) and specifically told the groomer that she has difficulty with her paws being touched, so I understood if her nails or paw fur couldn’t be trimmed. Four hours later, we received a call to pick her up because they couldn’t finish the grooming. When we arrived, they wouldn’t let us see our dog before paying, which was extremely frustrating. After a lot of back and forth, they finally told us they only managed to bathe her and cut her back fur. Since this wasn’t what we asked for, we refused to pay, especially when they tried to charge $36.00 for the bath and informed us we would have to pay for ANOTHER bath IF we came back. After arguing with an incredibly rude manager, she finally agreed not to charge us. When we got to the car, I inspected my dog, and she still had poop on her bottom, eye crusties, and matted fur everywhere except her back. I ended up going home and trimming her fur myself, which, to be honest, I did a far better job than the groomer did, and it was my FIRST time. Overall, terrible customer service, a poor grooming job, and a huge waste of time an
