Yesterday, 7/11, I took my 1 year old beagle to PetSmart for a grooming. He had an appointment for 11:30AM. When I picked him up at 3:30PM (I am not sure why it took 4 hours), his eye looked like it does in the picture. I called them and asked if anything happened. They said they would ask his groomer, Quintavius and call me back. They never called back. I called them again asking for ANY information as we were heading to the emergency room. They said they had none. In the emergency room, we learned he had an ulcer in his eye. He is now on antibiotics. My puppy is now afraid of strangers and extremely anxious in foreign places.Outside of not giving me any information I could give to the doctor, they also were not the least bit apologetic nor empathetic. I would NOT recommend attending this PetSmart.

I went to northern Mississippi to visit my father for Father's Day weekend. While visiting my parents, my Yorkie started vomiting and had blood in his stool. Of course, I panicked. I called the home Banfield, which is in Gulfport, Mississippi; but that was 4 hours away. I found that there was a Banfield in Flowood. I called them and they told me they were busy but to come, and they would get us in if I was willing to wait. They got me in a lot quicker than I thought and they were so kind to me and my yorkie!! Thankfully, the condition was easily treated! Me & Sir Apollo are on our way home! A special, thank you to Ms Faith, Ms Melina and Dr. Gibbs! From the initial phone call (Faith) to the nurse that got all the information information in the room(Melina) and ultimately to Apollo seeing Dr. Gibbs, YOU ARE ALL AMAZING!! It's obvious that you love what you do and I as a for a furry parent, I am grateful to you! Thank you SO MUCH Flowood Banfield! YOU ROCK!! Alesia &Sir Apollo

The staff was great! We were traveling and called ahead to see if they had the particular food we needed for our dogs. Then they pulled the product and had it up at the counter to speed up our app stop off off the highway. We spoke with Hayden who was very friendly. Thank you!

I can always find everything I need for my fur baby, and every December they offer free photos with Santa. The whole staff is super kind and devoted to pets and their owners. Thanks!

I had a curbside pickup order but I went inside because I wanted to shop for a few things for a new aquarium setup, and everything went great and I was impressed by the knowledgeable help, but then I saw their Bettas and I became depressed. I'm not sure where they source these poor things from or how long they've been sitting in a cup, but they sure looked pathetic. I guess I expected them to at least resemble my boy Jethro but they were half his size, and they were listless and didn't have much color.
