I took my dog in for a nail trim,grinding, pads trimmed, teeth brushed, bandana, and cologne spray.( He never got his teeth brushed, not sure why). I'm just very disappointed with how rough she was with him. Every time he would move his paw, she would yank his paw backwards, when I told him to be a good boy, she asked me to leave. Needless to say, he was a little traumatized, and I won't be taking him back to her.

We booked an appointment to have our pups nails trimmed and the groomer took one look at her threw a disgusted face on and made no effort to put the leash on, she asked to do it and the told us she couldn’t move forward with the service. She was shy but showed no signs of aggression in anyway. That Groomer was immediately showed she doesn’t like the breed and was obviously terrified of pitbulls. As a groomer you should be trained to handle all types of breeds. I totally understand if she was showing any type of aggressive behavior but she was literally just sitting there looking at her. I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by the treatment of our sweet girl. If you have a pitty don’t waste your time.

I love this place!!! I'm in there at least once or twice a week. They have a good variety of pet food and treats. Cute fits too. And the staff is amazing, we looove Trinity I think that's her name. Good vibes all around ✨️

Brian and Kathy were amazing—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made sure I had everything I needed and were always friendly and welcoming. I’m there often for my fish supplies, and they’ve taken the time to get to know me, which I really appreciate. They’re always willing to help and go above and beyond. PetSmart truly stands out because of employees like them. Highly recommend—5+ stars. Thank you, Kathy and Brian!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My friend left crying. My friend & I are loyal customers to this petsmart, we come there very often for animal supplies, never a single issue. Today, 3/10/26, we were met with rude customer service. A white guy with long hair had the audacity to tell my friend & i that we were an inconvenience to the people behind us. My friend was having card issues and was doing her best at fixing it. She didn’t even take longer than a minute. The cashier was being completely rude and impatient. ‘You have 20 seconds or else i’ll void the transaction.’ is what he said. From what it seems, dude was having a bad day and projected. There were times i’ve had card issues with other cashiers and they had no problem and were nice & patient about it, sharing small talk even. The people behind us were laughing & interacting with eachother, they didn’t seem bothered to me. I’ve worked cashier myself, and proper cashiering etiquette is being patient with your customers & provide a solution. I didn’t get his name, but I certainly wouldn’t want to be checked out by him ever again.
