Took my girls for pawdicures. I usually take them to PetSmart in WA State and it usually includes cleaning the hair in the paws. That wasn't done and I mentioned one of my girls being a bit much due to anxiety. I'm used to seeing one always coming to help to make it easy and smooth. That didn't happened and my girl ended up a bleed from one nail. Girl was very professional and informed me and was kind about it but it did happened and passing info.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I took my dog in for boots and he needed his nails trimmed. Because he was new there, we had to get his medical records. They helped me get the records, then I had him groomed, nails trimmed and we got the boots. It was amazing! Later I had to get a different pair of shoes returned for a smaller pair. Staff helped me find the purchase, change the pair to the right size and get on the road. Again amazing help. My only wish is that they'd staffed more winter clothes. They were all sold out. So were all the other stores as well, so that's not on PetSmart. Everyone just underestimated winter this year.

I took my new puppy here for his very first grooming. We were both treated with 100% respect and love as soon as we walked in the door. Angela did an absolute amazing job taking care of him and he had a great experience. 10/10 I absolutely recommend taking your pets here. We will definitely be returning to her for future grooming appointments.

Went in with questions about high pH and what fish I could get in that range as I’m trying to get back into the hobby. I already knew that I did not want to buy any pH down as they are rated poorly and can be temporary fixes. I was recommended to speak with a lady that, per the other associate, should be able to answer to my question. I explain my tank situation with high pH level and she did not know. She said that I could bring in water to have them test. I have the master test kit and they only use the strips at Petsmart, so it would not give me the most accurate reading. I had to show her what testing kit I was even talking about and she kept trying to see if the testing kit had any idea of what fish I could have. In the mean time, she texted someone who was the expert on fish. However, while waiting on an answer she recommended for me to either wait it out or to just get fish and see. I did some googling and found a few fish options that could work, but the expert on fish person wasn’t getting back to her and she gets a radio message stating someone needs help on the fish wall and proceeds to just leave. Not only is the Elizabethtown, KY Pet Smart a wonderful place to shop and a staff that is super kind and helpful, their grooming services and their training classes are excellent as well! The groomer, Renata, is wonderful. We took our 7-month old, Jack Russell/Chihuahua Mix in for a bath, nail clipping and basic grooming services. She was so helpful, informative and sweet. Our puppy was nervous, being it was his first time going to the groomers, but Renata put him at ease. She was incredibly gentle and patient with our fur baby, which we appreciated so much. She even put an adorable little bandana on him! When he's due for his next grooming, we will book with Renata again--she's amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone in E-Town in need of grooming services! We also just completed the 6-week Beginner's Training Course at the Elizabethtown, KY Pet Smart. The trainer, Deanna, C was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, helpful, and we learned so much from her. Our puppy loved her and thanks to her expertise, we are confident in training him. She explained each command in ways that helped both my husband and I, as well as our pup understand it and the handouts she provide
