Thank you so much for getting all my supplies and order ready and for also teaching me about fish. I learned so much today and I’m so happy I met with you. I arrived at this location and, initially, everything seemed fine. There was a newer, older groomer assisting me who appeared less experienced with dogs, so I asked several questions to confirm the services that would be provided. During that interaction, I was assisted by Alyssa. Unfortunately, my experience with Alyssa was extremely disappointing. I found her to be unprofessional, dismissive, disrespectful, and, based on the interaction, I left feeling that I was treated differently in a way that I perceived as racially motivated. Rather than addressing my questions or concerns professionally, she responded in a manner that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. What was even more disturbing was the impression I was left with—that voicing concerns to corporate would simply result in a note being placed on a customer’s account, potentially influencing how future groomers treat that customer or their pet. Whether intentional or not, that is the message I walked away with, and it completely undermined any confidence I have in PetSmart’s grooming services. I firmly believe Alyssa’s conduct set the stage for what happened to my dog. Sharon, who was working at the Edison location

I took my three year-old, extremely anxious, Yorkiepoo to be groomed this morning with Isa and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire staff. They were so kind, caring, patient and so attentive. I know she does not make it easy to be groomed but they did a wonderful job with her. I appreciate everyone at the store so much. The store manager pitched in to help, the ladies at the register and in the aisles were all just extremely friendly and kind. We will definitely be back!

this petsmart grooming is top tier. this was the 2nd time i took my puppy to get his nails cut, so i was pretty much clueless. justyn was amazing and very informative. he showed true compassion for my puppy and his complex situation and made me and my puppy feel very comfortable. this is not the closest petsmart location to me, but i will definitely be back due to the amazing customer service i was provided. would recommend 100000000 times

got my baby girl Cupcake here, four days later she’s living her best life. Thank you to Stache and all the others for helping me become a father. Im a very happy pet parent.
