Today ​I visited this location hoping to purchase dog supplies, fish, and everything needed to set up a new home for a chameleon. While I understand that we arrived close to closing time and staff are ready to wrap up their day, the employee assisting us (short blonde hair, nose piercing) was extremely unprofessional. She actively talked us out of purchasing the fish and chameleon by asking intrusive, unnecessary questions. We ended up leaving with only our dog food and chew toys, and my toddler left upset. It is mind-boggling that an employee would talk customers out of giving the store business. Being rushed and handled so unprofessionally was completely unacceptable.

I had 1 item waited in line for 20 minutes 1 cashier this is not an exaggeration. Needs better scheduling, manager needs to focus on Customer service not just filling the floor.

I usually shop online, so this was my first visit to this store in quite some time. Unfortunately, the experience left me very disappointed because of the way a customer was treated by one of the employees. While I was browsing items for my dog, I witnessed an older customer asking about a product she had saved on her phone. An employee brought her an item, but the customer politely explained that it did not match the product shown in her photo. What followed was uncomfortable to watch. The employee responded in an irritated and dismissive tone throughout the interaction, despite the customer remaining respectful and courteous. What shocked me even more was that the employee turned away, let out a loud exasperated sigh, and openly displayed frustration while the conversation was still ongoing. Before the issue was even resolved, the employee walked away and left the customer standing there. The customer eventually left the store without receiving any meaningful assistance. From what I observed, this was a completely normal customer service situation. The customer was polite, patient, and simply asking for help. Brought our new puppy to get a few essentials. The cashier offered the puppy pamphlet to me which is a $20 brochure with some info and coupons. She then took the time to go through the pamphlet and match each item we were purchasing with a qualifying coupon, as well as letting me know the $25 off training coupon can be applied even after we've already signed up! Very rare to have a great cashier with attention to detail for the customer, especially with my hands full with my young daughter, the puppy, and all the attention the puppy was attracting. The one negative I have for this experience falls on me....I wish I got the cashier's name!! I will be back often for training and will be hopeful to cross paths and get her name to let management know she's terrific!

Hello- Today was our first Appointment. Lucy- Age 1. Top level service! My Groomer was “ Des”. I dropped her off and within the quoted time - I was contacted that she was ready for pick up. Before / After pics. here. Very happy! Thank You T
