Jenna is such an awesome and amazing person. She is so patient and passionate with my Eden Grace. And I’m very sure with all the animals that come there. I am so grateful for her. Thank you Jenna you are amazing 🙏🏾🥰💯💯🙌🏽

We made an appointment with Pet Smart to have our Fur-baby washed and groomed. This was our first and only experience with Pet Smart in this regard. Michael, the groomer was very unfriendly upon our arrival. We had told him about, what appeared to be 3 scabs on his head, prior to confirming the appointment. Once there, we reminded Michael of the scabs and he started questioning if they were open or not (completely understandable). After messing with them for a couple of minutes and realizing they were not open, he said he needed to get a wipe to ensure they were not open. He then proceeded to to push and pull on them even more, as if he were trying to pick a scab to make it bleed. He then said “I’m not sure I’m going to be able to get as close as I need to on his head”. We said that’s fine. If you can’t, just leave his head and we’ll take care of his head. Michael then sighed and asked when the last time we’ve given him a flea treatment. We told him which flea chewable we use. He then said if during the wash, they find any fleas, they would have to use a flea shampoo and that it would cost more. Our Beau is an inside golden-doodle and doesn’t have fleas but we said ok anyway. He

The groomer Cyanna at PetSmart always does SUCH an amazing job with my energetic Aussiedoodle! She keeps him clean, perfectly shaped, and somehow always gets his little faux hawk looking exactly how I picture it — sassy personality and all! Beyond the grooming itself, she’s always so patient, kind, and positive with him, and you can genuinely tell she cares about the dogs she works with. My dog responds really well to her, and honestly, dogs are the best judges of character. Even if there’s ever a tiny thing to fix, she handles it immediately and with such a great attitude. It’s always a positive experience, and I truly appreciate the care and consistency she puts into her work. Highly recommend her!

Drove all the way from Andalusia. Which is about an hour and 40 minutes to pick up some fish. Got a bunch of fish from the store. Notice that there is a bunch of dead fish. The guy proceeded to pull the fish that we told him we wanted he dropped it outside of the holding tank for transport.... Picked it up with his three fingers it squished it and through it inside of the tank for us to take home. (My 8-year-old son watched it happen). I called and complained to the manager just to let him know what was up. Woke up this morning about a week later fish is dead called the store to tell them told me I had to drive 2 hours to bring them to dead fish so they can see what their eyes instead of sending them a picture and receipt you guys can buy fish there if you want to but make sure you check the tank there was at least 30 dead fish it was disgusting and now I'm out of a fish cuz I'm not driving 2 hours to bring them a carcass because they don't believe me but anyways here's a picture. Also I encourage everybody to check other stores pricings for animals because the store price gouges is they're charging $800 just for a green cheek conure the animals are overpriced and not taken care of

Yall hurt our sweet Melo. He was a very happy puppy till we came to you guys. He have not been same since. I am just now able to give my review because me & my entire family has been grieved behind our experience here. We came in for a grooming for our puppy on the 29th of March. We were told with him being so young he could only get trimmed. We said ok that's fine & was very excited for our baby new hair cut. If you are a new parent to your puppy this is not the place to take your dog. Our dog was shaved & left with no hair except only to the face & neck, They said because of the matting but that wasn't the case cause the only thing was showed to us that was only in the tail area before we left. If you already started shaving him why would you call to pre-warn us that he would not look the same when we got him. Then when we got there they were acting strange & kept telling us he do not look the same. They did not blend his face or neck at all. Look like a kid took a straight razor & went straight cross his neck… left everything on his neck. My husband had to come home & touch him up for he could look better in his facial area. We received a phone after she shaved half… now re
