Staff has no idea what they are doing. Just there to get a paycheck. I came in to find some feline nutritional supplements. They whipped out their phones to Google what I was asking for. I walked out with an over priced bag of cat food and a feeling of regret for ever shopping there.

We like their grooming services for our small dogs. (We deviated one time and went to Petco and the groomer made three of my dog's paws bleed.) That never happens at Petsmart. My little dogs are both very calm when their nails are being trimmed, so there was no excuse. Take your babies to PetSmart.

I came to this Petsmart to get 2 angelfish. It was 5 minutes before closing and no one in the store. I scanned the thing for help. Along come Tyler. He said how can I help you. I said I want these two angelfish. He said nope its 3 minutes till we close. I asked him politely if he can just be quick and bag them up because at this time you are still open. He said nope I can get you crickets. ( which would essentially take the sane amount of time.) The angelfish were the only 2 on the small tank. He was no kind nor was he willing to take care of the customer with a simple request. It seems as if he puts his needs over the company and absconds from Petsmarts mission in our communities. He was cold and unmoved. I do not want to come back here again because of his cold treatment of this situation and his unwillingness to serve the customer. I asked the young man at the register to speak to the manager because I just had an abrasive interaction with a guy named Tyler. That young man said he is the manager. I was baffled... so I intern am calling corporate to lodge a formal complaint on Tyler the cold manager.

Jen is absolutely amazing. My 7lb, 6 month old shitzu isn’t the easiest, and Jen made sure to not overwhelm the first groom. Brought him back a few weeks later, and an even better experience for him! The time and patience is key. Thank you Jen!! See you soon. .

Today I went to buy fish for my son's fish tank, and due to my limited English, I was served by someone who spoke a little Spanish. When I ordered the fish, they refused to sell me the species or quantity I wanted. They even asked me the size of the fish tank and told me they couldn't sell it to me because it was too small. Anyway, I felt like they were just excuses. Now I wonder if it was because of my difficulty with English or the store's policies. My advice, if you plan to buy fish, is to mention that your fish tank is much larger than it actually is. It seems to be the only way they'll sell you fish. The one who attended me was Nadia
