Big shout out to Noah the manager at the doggy daycare and hotel!!! She is absolutely amazing. My dog loves her. ( maybe more than me) She is patient and kind and she definitely knows what she’s doing when it comes to dogs. If you are looking for a place to take your dog, go see Noah at the PetSmart in Chelmsford, she is fantastic!!!

Doggy Day Care. Writing this review to give a shout out to Noah and her crew at the Chelmsford store. They are amazing and go above and beyond with taking care of my dog while I work. I appreciate them all! Teddy loves seeing Noah when we arrive. She has nicknamed him Teddy Graham Cracker!

Never bring your pups here. 3 weeks ago I called and asked for a manager of the grooming dept to call me before I went and made 2 appts. The following day a "manager" from Chelmsford store called and I asked point blank will you handle a 100 pound dog with a muzzle that can't be removed. Answer- yes muzzles happen all the time, manager was pleased with me being upfront. I said so his head will not be touched. Response we can work around that. But since we are booked so far out put those in the notes when you make an appt. I did that in great detail only to find out day off appt no one reads any of that. I never got a call ahead or reminder of the appt I made 3 weeks prior. Unacceptable.I brought in my first dog 1030am signed all the forms for both dogs and was told I would get a call for the muzzled dog shortly his appt was noon. 10 mins of noon no call. I walk in with him and am immediately man handled by an ignorant manager who has no care in the world to be proactive in preventing an aggressive incident. She told me to remove the muzzle. I said no way. Do you not review appts on new dogs ever? No. I said give back my other dog 1.5 hours after he was handed over they had done not

I have taken my dog to PetSmart grooming for years and have generally trusted them with his care. He is a sweet, well-behaved 13-year-old Goldendoodle who has been groomed regularly his entire life and is very comfortable with the process. After moving, I started bringing him to the Chelmsford, MA location. Because he is older now, he sometimes has trouble standing for an entire grooming session. PetSmart addressed this by charging a special handling fee so another person could help support him when he got tired, which I paid without complaint on multiple occasions. He also has a few age-related warts, which I always made a point to identify before each grooming appointment. Despite those warnings, he has repeatedly come home bleeding from careless shaving around those areas. That was upsetting enough, but what happened recently was even more disappointing. When I called to schedule another grooming appointment, I was told that he is no longer welcome at this salon because he has warts and needs extra help standing. Lisa was rude and dismissive on the phone and told me they “can’t possibly groom this dog.” I understand that senior dogs may require extra care, patience, and compa

I had my newly adopted senior terrier groomed on Friday by Alyssa. She was fabulous despite my little dog being a major challenge. He has a bite history and his hair was overgrown and matted all over him. Alyssa, with tons of experience, groomed him with patience, kindness and skill. I expected to make multiple trips to get him fully groomed because he is anxious, had been in the shelter for a long time and was so matted. My priorities were to get a sanitary grooming done because the mats were affecting his ability to poo comfortably. Also, the hair on his head was really long and matted, covering his eyes. If she had only cleaned up those two areas, I would have been happy. But she gave him a full grooming! She de-matted him, bathed him, groomed him all over, cleaned his ears and gave him a nail trim. While I could watch her groom him (and saw how well she treated him.) I was still surprised by how great he looked. She did a 12 star, out of a possible 10 star review! He pranced out of the salon, clearly ready to go home. He was so much more comfortable! I highly recommend Alyssa in the Grooming Salon.
