Definitely pay attention to the lower reviews when it comes to grooming. Most of the young women working there were kind and respectful, but my pickup experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. When I arrived to pick up my dog, one employee in particular did not acknowledge me and instead began helping another customer who came in after I did. When she eventually brought my dog out, she didn’t greet me or explain anything about the grooming—she simply asked, “Did you pay?” I found the interaction unnecessarily rude and lacking basic customer service. The grooming itself was fine, but my dog’s nails were still fairly long, so I was disappointed with the overall result. Between the grooming and the way I was treated at pickup, I don’t feel comfortable returning. Basic courtesy and customer service should be part of the experience.

If you take your dog here, don’t go to Sam. All the other employees were very nice but Sam’s attitude is rude. My dog got a wash and hair cut and nail trim with the CHI shampoo. CHI shampoo has a very strong smell and lingers days after the bath which I like. When I picked my dog up the hair cut was done very lazy, but she still smells like she did when I dropped her off. $100 down the drain. I had to bring her home and rewash her with the shampoo I have here for her. On top of all that my original appointment was last week but they decided to call me 30 minutes before the appointment which I was already on my way and I don’t answer the phone while driving. When I got there they let me know I had to reschedule and there was no type of compensation offered or anything. I miss the other Bellevue location near downtown Bellevue.

Every staff member I’ve met in this location is super friendly! It’s clean and organized. Even the grooming station has provided good service and care for my pet. Not many pet smarts are built like this one

This PetSmart is so awesome, with friendly service. The gentlemen who work there are so polite and helpful. I've never had an issue with anything not working out for my cats but.l they're so happy to take returns, and the variety is amazing. The only downside is that the parking lot is a little nuts with Trader Joe's next door.

ZERO STARS! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! DO NOT. DO NOT. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! All of these photos are of my dog. We dropped him off looking like the first photo (with his tongue out), we asked for him to be trimmed to the photo with the purple background and the lady assured she could do the cut. We specifically asked that no hair be taken from his head/face, we just wanted it to be shaped and used the term “teddy bear”. She agreed. We picked my dog up and he was CHOPPED. He still had long pieces left all over his head and she did exactly opposite than what we told her to do. My partner (who took him) was so frustrated that he paid and left. Usually when my dog gets groomed and feels nice, he comes to show me immediately upon getting home. This time was different, he wouldn’t come to me when I called him and when he finally did, he had his head down and was sad. I almost didn’t recognize him! I went back to the store and asked who cut my dog, the lady with glasses stated it was her with an attitude. She tried to argue with me and stated he was “wiggly and was matted (which he was not,(clearly in the photo). I told her if she couldn’t do the
