Done done done they lie I called them Friday because I wanted to get my cats nails trimmed the two ladies that I spoke with said they do it mon threw Thursday, I asked if I needed an apt and they both said no its walk in so I take my cat out in this 98 degrees temp just to find out they dont do cats till weds and they were not sure of that day, why would they tell me that if they didnt do cats till then that was mean I wont ever go back there again, I drove from Mansfield tx then had to pick cat up. I dont think thier mission is cats 🤔 but some of us love cats as well i had to sit up an appointment elsewhere and the people were nice and better details maybe this petsmart needs better groomers with correct information they dont look very professional guy in there with bald head full of tattoos on his head,,please stop giving wrong info not a good look petsmart.

My dog graduated from Beginner training with Jace yesterday. I can use the skills I learned in class and apply the techniques at home. Reading my dog's body language and knowing cues helped me have patience and confidence in my dog. Big things that Jace taught my dog in the Beginner course: 1. Potty training! (application of techniques from in-class learning) 2. Recall 3. Walking calmly next to me and not pulling me 4. Sleeping in his own bed overnight (application of techniques from in-class learning) Jace caters to your dog's needs and does not generalize instruction to make it fit every dog. My dog is a short king, so we have to work with his ego. I was hesitant about the E-collar, and I'm glad I don't have to use it on my dog! Pros: 1. No E-collar 2. Versatile techniques that apply to different scenarios 3. Exposure to other dogs 4. Make-up classes are easy to schedule No cons for me!

After a wild goose chase for a groomer who knows how to groom Bernese Mountain dogs, I finally struck gold with Emily at PetsMart, thanks to a tip-off from our vet. Finding someone who knows their way around a Bernese coat is like finding a needle in a haystack, but today, the stars aligned. Major kudos to Emily for her magic touch—Lincoln and Bentley look absolutely dashing, even better than I imagined. Emily was a communication wizard, keeping me in the loop about appointments, weather hiccups, and rescheduling. Her gentle and patient demeanor worked wonders, transforming my furry duo into the most handsome boys in town. Hats off to you, Emily! You've won my loyalty, and PetsMart, you’ve got a repeat customer. We'll definitely be back for more of your top-notch grooming wizardry!

Had a wonderful experience with the grooming department here! Crystal took excellent care of our baby boy Archie! He went in looking like a mop & came out looking like a distinguished gentleman!! We will definitely be coming back.

I come to Petsmart in Lincoln Square often for my pet supplies, but the main reason I come to this specific store is for the grooming salon and the ONLY groomer that I EVER use for my dog. Emily is the best of the best. They have great groomers there but my dog was a rescue that needed some extra coddling in the beginning, and Emily took that time and tenderness to get my girl to overcome the “grooming” fear. She is the crème de la creme of groomers!!! She takes care of my girl Layla and treats her like she’s her own dog. I NEVER have to worry about any part of her body being missed or overlooked ever. I was late picking her up one evening due to a family emergency and Emily was LITERALLY in the salon when everyone else had left for the day and she was snuggling my dog and making her feel safe when I was ridiculously late. My girl is a little on the rough side when it comes to playing and getting dirty and sadly, keeping bows or ponytails is almost always short lived. Emily knows this but she still takes the extra time to make her look like she’s a runway dog and still adds bows or bandanas so my girl will at least look like a princess for a few days before she tears it all off lo
