Annapolis is in Maryland, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Annapolis is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Maryland's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

went to check the cats with possibility to adopt, the lady that was taking care of them said I need to fill an application and come back next morning she will be there and we can check out the cats and see which one bonds with us. She said sometimes they don't even care as long as you have an application you can play with the cats. I came back next day with my kids which takes a lot of effort and they said that I have to wait if I get approved then come back another time to check the cats. The lady that told me to come back did not even make eye contact with me, avoided me at all costs, I tried to get her attention, she just smirked. Horrible service. At least be honest since beginning so I can plan my day accordingly

We’re traveling and my Wheatens needed some attention bad! We have an awesome groomer at home but here we could only get Pet Smart. My pups look awful hope their hair grows back fast!! We were new customers and they have a special 20 off but they don’t tell you about it when you book I asked about at checkout and was told it needs to be done at time of booking, they make the rules up as they go along!!

I had a disappointing experience at this grooming location. My mother and I came in to make my dog’s first grooming appointment. While we were inside, another customer was waiting to pick up her dog, and the manager asked us to step outside. We respected the request and waited outside until that customer left. However, after we came back inside, another customer who was also there to pick up her dog was allowed to remain inside while we were there. When we asked why we had been told to wait outside, we were told it was because they didn’t want the dogs to conflict. That explanation did not make sense to us since another customer picking up a dog was later allowed inside. The inconsistent treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a first-time customer, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and consistency as everyone else. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative first impression. The inconsistent treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and singled out. As a Black customer, the situation made me question whether race played a role in how I was treated. And when we ask again why you say that was the reason you want us wait outside when the lady was

My 16.5 year old cat, Neffie, declined very quickly the day after Christmas 2025. I had her since she was 6 weeks old and she was my first foster fail. I had to call around to two other Petsmart locations, requesting help and this location was the only one who could not only take me that day but within the hour. Once arrived, I was quickly given a room with a privacy banner that they put on the windows of the doors. EVERYONE there from the front desk to the vet and vet assistants were so nice, understanding and professional. This wasn’t my first euthanasia, unfortunately, but I still appreciated the conversation of how/what would/could happen and during the procedure what was going on. I received my fur baby’s ashes less than two weeks after she passed which is what they said how long it would potentially take. Thank you all for your kindness and understanding!

The team that put on pictures with Santa this year, specifically on December 13th, were really great. I have no idea how they captured such a perfect picture of my not-so-thrilled-with-Santa dog, but opening the email with her photo was such a treat. Outside of that, the team members themselves were friendly, calm, fun to chat with and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. Woof, woof! Thanks so much!
