Remi has been going to Crystal for a couple years now and she always does a great job! She is very flexible with appointment times, the pricing is very reasonable, and you can tell she takes great care of the pets. Remi gets a bit of anxiety being separated from her humans but overall is calm here and enjoys her take home treat bag.

Crystal and Liv did amazing with our dog Pumpkin! They were great at adjusting Pumpkins appointment to meet her individual needs as a dog who has special needs from other dogs. The trim was exactly what we were looking for and the bath made her coat so soft and clean! Pumpkin does not trust many people, but she definitely made two new connections with Liv and Crystal today. We are very incredibly thankful for you both!

We took our mini schnauzer to Crystal yesterday and they were so great with him! They made him feel at ease and he had a great time and not only that but the cut was great and the price was quite affordable compared to some other city groomers! Thank you Crystal we will definitely be back!

My first experience with Crystal was amazing! She’s very friendly and I can tell she treated my puppy with lots of love. I absolutely trust that she can handle my energetic pup. I will definitely be coming back to Crystal for another grooming in the future. Edit: 3/27/24 - I’ve gone to Crystal at least 3 times now. Every time it’s been nothing but amazing! Jax absolutely adores Crystal, he gets so excited when we go and loves to get his grooming here! ❤️

When my father passed away almost 3 yrs ago we inherited his Standard Party Poodle, Stormy, my fur brother. We had no idea the work and cost that goes into maintaining a poodle as my father lived in Houston so Stormy was always just beautiful when we got there. I went to a few groomers before I found Crystal. She is the best! She always does an excellent job with Storm! She also lets us experiment with Stormys looks. Never complains. She has fun with him and he has become a part of her family. We just took him to a local chain for a face, feet and sanitary cut recently since I couldn’t get into see Crystal. Poos tend to get real smelly in the mouth area if not groomed frequently or properly. Well they did a horrible job and that’s why I just can’t do without Crystal! She is A-MAZE-ING!! I trust her with my fur brother and that’s a big deal!! ❤️
