Pets in Black Grooming

I was stressed trying to find a groomer for my Maltese who provided professional, precise grooming while making him feel comfortable. Our vet recommended Pets in Black Grooming, and they exceeded my expectations. They were kind, patient, and did an amazing job. I’m so happy to have found a groomer I can trust!

I can’t recommend Pets in Black Grooming enough! Yasencka is absolutely amazing with my dog, Poppy. She is so gentle, patient, and truly cares about making sure Poppy is comfortable during the grooming process. She also takes feedback really well and is always willing to adjust anything I want for Poppy’s look, which I really appreciate. Poppy gets the full grooming service every time, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of care they provide. I bring her in every 6–8 weeks and she always comes back looking perfect. The front desk is great as well—super friendly and helpful. Booking appointments online is very easy, and making payments is quick and convenient. As long as Yasencka and the front desk team are there, I’ll continue bringing Poppy here! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet.

We have our first long haired puppy and needed a reliable place to take her for regular grooming. We found Pets in Black and had the best experience. Affordable and friendly, they were great with our puppy and did an amazing job on her long wavy hair. They even dressed her up a little with a bandana. They are efficient communicators and we loved the results! We will be bringing our puppy back in the future!

I love bringing my dog here, and apparently so does she. She was incredibly excited to see Yascenka. They’re transparent about what exactly they’re going to do and pricing. I also like that I can peek my head around the corner and actually see the space used for grooming. Knowledgeable about breed-specific cuts for my Cavalier. Did a short consultation at my first visit to make sure she’s groomed exactly how I like. I usually get full service. Very easy to schedule on their website. Highly recommend.

Took our Akita Snowflake here for the first time. She did not go in traumatized freaked out or anything very relaxed atmosphere. They are very good with your pets. And when we picked her up, she was very happy, not freaked out. Great job on her nails, and ears. Her coat looks beautiful. They cleaned her teeth. Did a better job than the veterinarian did on her teeth. Unfortunately, we can’t give higher than a five star review. Pets in Black Grooming is well worth it. We will keep taking her there forever. They have a customer for life. I will recommend all my friends with pets that have them groomed to go to Pets in Black Grooming. Oh, and by the way, the price of their service is excellent. They’re not trying to price gouge you for the size of your pet.
