If can rate them starless I would. We took our expecting Frenchie there for aan examine and sonogram/xrays to see how many and how big her puppies were. The vet told us she was having 4 and that she can handle having a natural birth at home. Come to find out she was too little to give birth and the the puppies were going to be big according to their spinal cords. We found oit a little too late because we had to take her to the ER vet due to labor complications. She couldn't push out the last two and we lost all 4 puppies. This was are first time going through something like this. Im glad our Frenchie made it out alive, but we cant say the same about her four puppies. THAT OLD LADY VET DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT!!!

UPDATE 8/17/26: On Saturday, 8/15/26, the manager, Vicki, called to inform me that after speaking with Dr. Henson, they will honor the original agreed-upon amount of $277. While I appreciate them honoring the initial price, the rest of the conversation was deeply disturbing. Vicki proceeded to claimed that four female staff members reported that I "threatened to shoot Juan" after he made a racial comment to me. She claimed they called the Mesquite Police Department to report a violent threat, but that officers never showed up because I had already left. During our recorded call, I pointed out the obvious flaw in this story: a business cannot report a "violent threat" against an employee-while possessing the customer's home address and license plate number-and the police simply ignore it. If a real threat had been reported, officers would have been knocking on my door that evening. To verify this, I went to the MPD after hanging up with Vicki. An officer checked their records all the way back to 2025. They confirmed that absolutely no calls were made and no reports were filed from this business location.. The doctors working with the dogs are amazing and answer each question we had have, each doctor and assistant that works with the dogs (emergency and vaccines) are very thorough with what they are doing. Yet, the front desk staff who are making the schedule on how each animal is being seen are very confused. I have been to this clinic before and haven't had this issue before but now they are being some people who are seeing the doctor sometimes gabble the line which makes waiting time even longer. Overall good clinic just bringing the pets in by their order is an issue.

They were very nice and compassionate. We took our baby because it was time to say goodbye. The staff was very caring, understanding, compassionate, supportive, everything and anything you need when going through this extremely difficult time. They are a lot more affordable than 99% of the places around, I highly recommend them!

Took my dog in for a specific issue. The only negative was we waited on the dr for almost an hour and a half but I would do it again. Just wish the chairs in the rooms were more comfortable for the wait time lol. They still deserve five stars no matter what. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were upfront about cost of everything every step of the way. They weren’t constantly pushing other things on us to try and rack up a bill. They focused on the issue we were having and that’s it. Walked us through every part to make sure we understood what we needed to do on our end. And pricing on everything is reasonable. Very satisfied with our visit and we will definitely return. Thank you for helping us with our fur baby.
