Destiny was amazing and made the whole experience of getting our new puppy so much easier! She was super friendly, patient, and helpful with all of our questions. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed before bringing our puppy home. She made such a special moment for us even better. We really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend asking for Destiny!

We bought a puppy today at this location. The lady helping us was very rude, pushy, and annoyed we were doing research on the dogs while we were there. We were told one price of the dog when we called in and when we went to the store the dog price was thousands more. We questioned her, because we have text messages saying something different, to which she said that these were the packages MANDATORY to buy the dog. We again questioned her because I think as a seasoned dog owner I should not be forced to buy a potty training guide from them. She dropped most of the optional packages, but still said some were mandatory. When we were looking at the dog we asked about financing, because it’s expensive, and she said then I have a cheaper dog for you, came in took the dog we wanted and swapped it out for a different dog. The dog she brought us was a mix that I never heard of and I wanted to do research on it, before getting too far over my head. She saw me on my phone and was questioning why I wasn’t socializing with the dog and we answered we were researching the breed and she said to do it after buying the dog. She vocalized to us and other workers that she would not be getting the sale

This place needs to be investigated. I think they are conspiring with AKC to pass off mixed dogs as full blooded. I purchased what was listed as a full blooded miniature schnauzer. By appearance she looks like one but by her behavior I'm convinced she is mixed. I haven't gotten a DNA test done yet but after doing some research by watching loony toons cartoons I'm convinced she has some tasmanian devil in her. I haven't actually witnessed the whirlwind but I have seen the aftermath, shoes out in the yard, paper shredded to the point of it appearing a ticker tape parade happed during the 2 minutes she was left alone. I think they have even conspired with my vet who says she is a perfectly healthy puppy but I know the truth. Her Corgi sister agrees she just isn't right and she doesn't seem to recognize that she isn't a chew toy. So be warned if you buy a puppy from them you too may end up with a possible tasmanian devil mix who steals your heart and brings a weird mix of joy with exasperation.

We love to stop in and play with the puppies. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful even though we never bought a dog for years of visiting. That changed a couple weeks ago when we met the sweetest pup. Fell in love at first sight. He is the sweetest pup!!!! Love this place & our boy! He is a dream come true.

This Petland was super clean and well taken care of! It wasn’t too busy so we were able to see a dog. The workers there were super attentive and kept checking in on us and helped us pick the right puppy to see. They had a few hamsters, ferrets, and Guinea pigs. This location does not have reptiles or fish. I highly recommend coming here for all your dog needs!
