Petite Pet Gallery

I am leaving this business after 14 years as a loyal customer because his front office staff did not respond to my multiple email messages requesting an appointment and then was then inexcusably rude when I confronted them about it. I had sent 3 emails requesting an appointment for a specific date at any time they had available. I received one email response after two days to the first email I sent asking what date I wanted to bring the cat in (in spite of the fact that the subject of the email was "Appointment for Alex on July 18".) I responded back within 30 minutes confirming the date and offering a second date of July 25 if July 18 was not available. No response. I sent another one on July 21 asking again for a July 25 appointment and received zero response. I also left a phone message on the afternoon of July 18 asking to book a July 25 appointment at whatever time they had available. I was told by the "manager" that they "don't really respond to emails, but they had left a return message for me in response to my phone message. My incoming phone call log shows no calls from them. Love petite pet gallery. They do a great job with my nyx. Their prices increased recently by a good amount but considering the economy & other groomers it’s not unreasonable. Front desk is always kind.

Great service and reliable staff. Only issue was them trimming my cats' whiskers. Thought they would automatically know not to! Once it was bought to their attention, they didn't do it again! My cat was happy and so was I. Visit them about every 6 weeks. Love the service

They did a wonderful job with our baby Bruno. They took a really good care of him. He is very scared of grooming machines and sometimes it is really hard to cut his hair, but fortunately we found Petite Pet Gallery a good and safe place to do it. So happy with it!

I took my medium-long haired cat to get a teddy bear cut for the shedding season. I had never taken him to get officially groomed (he went to the vet for sanitary clips now and then) and was worried how he would react. Like most cats, he likes to decide when he interacts with people, when he's held and brushed, etc. He came out of his appointment looking fantastic, smelling great, and seemingly unfazed by the whole experience. His cut was remarkably even. I wasn't sure how he would look after his trim; after the results and his positive experience, he will definitely be getting a trim regularly.
