Today I brought Ralphie in to evaluate a mass on his right side . The staff were very supportive and friendly. The hospital was clean , comfortable , and beautiful. Kei our nurse was very professional and took time during the blood draw to make sure Ralphie was not stressed . I found Dr. Alleyne to be very knowledgeable and quickly felt like I was at the right place . The team at Petfolk made this dog dad feel less nervous about a serious issue and I know Ralphie will do well under Petfolk’s care !

Had an urgent issue with a new dog that we got from the shelter. Her regular vet visit wasn’t until next week and we needed a good place to take her on a Saturday at 5pm. So glad we found them! I signed up for the appointment online, we got there and they breezed us in a room and saw us within a few minutes. They really know how to take care of pets! They gave out high energy doggie treats and distractions while they took her vitals and did the exam. She didn’t mind at all! They had a discount online her first appointment so it wasn’t expensive. She got a new cone for her neck, some medicine and a few staples in her tummy and it was less than $150. But more importantly, she enjoyed her first visit, they answered all of our questions, and made sure we were stress free before we left. Excellent experience! Halo appreciates all of you!

Wow! Incredible vet experience! We needed a last minute appointment to get our dog a vaccine before our vacation and found Petfolk. The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgable. They saw us fast and during our appointment, I really appreciate that they didn’t give us any extra fluff or over explanations- just told us the facts and spoke to us with terminology that was easy to understand! Answered all our questions with care and kindness. They also took the time to make sure our dog (who is often scared at the vet) felt comfortable. We were able to preview the service prices on their website to accurately gauge the cost. When it was time for the bill, it was exactly as listed online. Amazing experience! We will be returning again : )

I can not recommend this place enough! I came in on a Sunday morning as a walk in to get my brand new 8 week puppy examined and they were so sweet and got me right in! The staff, my nurse and the vet were BEYOND sweet, friendly and super knowledgeable! As a new dog mommy I was anxious and had all the questions and the sweet Vet reassured me, answered all my questions and loved on my new baby. 10000/10 ✨

I’m pretty selective about my fur babies care. I worked in vet clinics and know when it is genuine compassion or just doing my job from staff. This team is invested in you and your babies. My friend recommended Petfolk to me. We may not be friends, but this is a tremendously caring practice, and I am recommending Petfolk to you.
