Please keep your pet safe and go somewhere else! I went into this store intending to purchase a bag of dog food, but the bag I picked up was covered in dirt and cobwebs and even had a maggot on it. After seeing that, I had no interest in purchasing anything from this store. Before leaving, I let an employee know because I genuinely wanted to bring it to someone’s attention so it could be taken care of. Instead, the employee shrugged and said, “Yeah, they come from the warehouse that way,” and completely dismissed my concern. That response honestly made the situation even worse. If the store knows pet food is arriving from the warehouse in that condition, why isn’t it being addressed? And if a bag arrives in that condition, why is it being put on the shelf for customers to purchase? I ended up going two miles down the road to PetSmart, where I consistently receive better service and clean products. I shouldn’t have to choose between buying what I need for my dog and wondering whether the products on the shelf are clean and safe. Unfortunately, after this experience, I have no reason to return to this store. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the condition o

love this petco so so so very much the staff are always nice and knowledgeable and quick to help me when i’m there so this review in no way reflects them as workers but i tend to get my dubia roaches from this petco for my pet and after my most recent roach purchase i’ve had to change to going to petsmart or online as the last two containers of roaches i bought had what looked to be maggots or fruit flies in them and as such caused me to have a couple of the nasty things flying around my apartment and ended up making me waste money as i was no longer comfortable feeding the dubias to my pet

Red did an amazing job grooming our Golden Retriever! I was hesitant about sending him because he is a nervous pup but he did great. He has a beautiful summer cut and his nails are perfectly trimmed. Thank you Red and Petco for a wonderful experience!

I visited this store recently to adopt a guinea pig. The associate, a sweet girl, helped me through the process and ensured I had all the right supplies for our first days together. I felt valued, cared for and felt that my new pet was cared for as well. This is a great store with exceptional associates. All smiles and great customer service. I will always bring my dogs and ( new pig ) here. (She has very dark curly hair, maybe give her a raise, she shines for you)

I have a little cocker spaniel with what I like to call “small dog syndrome.” He thinks he’s big and tough and doesn’t trust many people, which has made grooming a challenge. Over the past two years I’ve tried several groomers, and while most have done their best, he usually comes back a little uneven or clearly stressed. Then we met Red. Red was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to show me videos of my dog’s behavior during the grooming and communicated with me throughout the process. That level of transparency and care made me feel so much more comfortable leaving my fur baby with someone new. When I picked him up, I was honestly blown away. In the two years I’ve had him, this was hands down the best haircut and nail trim he’s ever had. He looked amazing. Huge shoutout to Red at Petco for the patience, skill, and extra care. If Petco sees this, Red truly deserves some recognition. 🐶✂️💙
