I really like that the Union City Petco stays open a bit later than other pet stores on Sunday (8 PM). Petco usually has all the cat supplies I need for one-stop shopping.

i love petco. i go there all the time for my dogs necessities. i called to see if they had a product i was looking to buy, and someone said they’d go check the stock and ive been on hold for 12mins. idk if they forgot that im on hold?? i’m not upset, i just couldn’t wait any longer. if someone can just let me know if you guys have capstar in stock for a 15lb dog please and thank you.

Tell Gary to fix his negative attitude when customers enter. He literally needs help with why he is even there if you looked up miserable you would see his picture next to it. Since it seems like he was the only cashier don't know what he was doing but if I wanted to take something from the store I had enough time to there was nobody at the register and when he did come up he didn't say hello how can I help you or sorry for your wait he had nothing but an attitude like I was a problem to begin with. I would have given this zero stars if I was able to I would never recommend this place to anyone overpriced and miserable staff not a good look.

I go outta my way to shop at this store because I have had great experiences here. The one time I had a minor issue… it was addressed and corrected and I haven’t had an issue since. People are so quick to come on here and leave a terrible review for what they think was a negative experience when they in all honesty don’t get what they want or an employee won’t bend the rules for them. But to actually say outlandish accusations that defame one’s character is dangerous. I hope upper management protects their employees and knows just how caring these people are. It’s sad we live in a world where people can so quickly try to ruin peoples reputations because the employee won’t break the rules and jeopardize their job so they get what they want. I hope karma comes back around swiftly. Keep up the good work guys! And thank you Rob for always going out of your way to check stock in the back or assist us in any way you can. We appreciate you so much!! Rocky our red blooded beardie we bought from you is doing great! And Blu will be in soon for his nail trimming!
