Love their grooming department. They are so nice and and take good care of the puppers. As well as doing a fantastic job and having very friendly customer service.

As much as I love this store, I have been rather disturbed by the recent small critters display housing various frogs, tarantula's, etc. These animals, whether large or small, require far more love and care then simply living on a literal display for people to walk past. Every other animal in the store seems to have some legitimate enclosure that meets their needs; why are these small critters any different? I would love to continue shopping here with the hope that someone makes the decision to have proper housing for these little critters or don't have them in the store at all. Thank you so much!

Friendly and knowledgeable associates. They love the animals and take such good care of them. All of the cages and tanks were clean and well kept.

I had an excellent experience with Logan at Petco during my puppy’s training, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the very beginning, Logan was extremely attentive, patient, and clearly passionate about what he does. He took the time to understand my dog’s behavior and tailored his approach in a way that actually worked. What stood out most was his consistency and the way he explained each step so I could continue reinforcing the training at home. He didn’t just train my dog he taught me how to be a better, more effective owner. My puppy showed noticeable improvement in a short amount of time, and that’s a direct reflection of Logan’s skill and dedication. This location is very much out of the way for me but it had a spray bar in stock the other store did not. I popped in on a Saturday at 9:30am to pick up my online order and decided to grab a few fish while I was there. The cashier gave me a friendly greeting as I entered and I headed back towards the live fish. It appeared I was the only customer in the store at that time. I stood by the fish tanks for about 5 minutes waiting for an associate but nobody came. I walked up and down the isles of fish supplies for visibility thinking someone would recognize and approach me to help. Another few minutes went by so I walked back up front to the cashier and politely asked if someone could assist at the fish wall. She said she would call someone right away, and as I was walking back to the fish wall I heard her request assistance over the store loudspeaker. I waited another 6-8 minutes and nobody came so I walked back up front and again requested assistance. After 2-3 minutes a manager came out of the office and began setting up a cash till. The cashier then asked the manager to help me and she obliged. She walked me back, bagged my fish, and I finally was able to check out. I went for
