Nice staff took my mama cats litter of kittens for their shots and for hers also. Excellent people who care. Nice store in a nice area. Same day appointments. Worth the drive!

The Grooming area did amazing! Friendly, engaging, smiles, laughter. They are very informative and made great recommendations, we have two dogs one with sensitive skin short hair and the other with two layer coat….had specific treatments for each dog. Which is nice knowing they don’t use just generic products….They use what in my dogs best interest! Thank you so much for making our dogs experience easy, calming and safe. We will be coming back.

I feel really sad leaving this review because I wish I didn’t have to make it. I am a bearded dragon owner & I have been here about 3-5 times to grab bugs for him, & maybe once to get food for our cat. Coming to this location, especially in a nice area like Pittsford, I’d expect to go to a clean & well kept location. The employees have always been kind, have never had any issues with any of them ever in the past. The first time I went, I bought isopods. When I opened up the pack, none of them but one were surviving. I know they had to have been left a while for them to get to that point because I know they live a long while if taken care of. I came back a couple times after just thinking that maybe it was just a hiccup once & I just happened to grab a bad batch. During those couple visits, nothing wrong, just wasn’t the healthiest worms I had ever seen out of any other petco, petsmart chain I’ve been to. But when I went last time, just within this past week, I purchased two containers of superworms. I got home & more than half of them were dead or lethargic & died 2 days later. They put on the container that these were the larger ones, when these were definitely small sized wo

Ariana treated Lucy like she was her own, and was very pleased. It is really hard to find nice decent people who care and glad you found her.

This is absolutely the most horrendous haircut my dog has ever gotten. I moved and had to change groomer due to distance. Friends said try petco. So I did The woman was rude. I told her not to cut his tail . She said she would look at the tail. I reiterated don't cut his tail. I didn't even want her to cut my dog's hair. I wanted the other girl because she seemed gentler with the dogs instead of yelling at them like I heard her yell at a dog when I was coming through the door. She absolutely shaved my dog bald- his whole underside is completely bald! The inside of his legs are even bald!! She even shaved his nose bald. His face and ears are uneven.The actual shave is uneven.I actually wish there was a way to sue her because she absolutely does not belong in a dog salon. Nicky is her name. Don't use her. I'm not saying the 2 other girls are bad they seemed very nice and the two dogs they were grooming looked good. Im going to be talking to management because I shouldn't have to pay for her to make my dog look ridiculously bald. I'm not sure what happened in her care but I do know that my dog is extremely traumatized and exhausted after this visit.
