Was thrilled to see a reasonably priced Condylactus anemone for my clownfish pair, so spoke with the associate about buying it. Having a degree in Marine Biology and having kept saltwater tanks for over 20 years, I was confident that I would provide the correct conditions for it to thrive. Instead of helping me, she chose to be too lazy to get it out of the tank and decide not to sell it to me because my reef tank didn't match some vague size requirement she made up. So, I chose not to ever spend a cent of my money at Petco again. What a joke.

I took my dog to get groomed today, and specifically told them I wanted my dogs head between a teddy bear and a lion's mane and the rest of the body cut very short instead I picked up my dog with a really bad haircut and no Ted bear or lion mane the hair was cut uneven including several bald spots I would have to say it's the worst. She is supposed to be part of a wedding and she looks hideous. I have to take her to a different groomer just so her hair can be even. I would not ever recommend going here. Not to mention they added things that I did not ask for. They told me they would compensate and do her nails next time. They didn't even do her nails this time. She doesn't even look like a chow anymore

This place is always so friendly and fun to visit. My granddog Nugget loves the accessible toys. Allthough they are at her reach, she is so well behaved and knows the store has a certain look that's should remain maintained! Nugget is a white and tan gorgeous Golden Doodle and her favorite isle is the dog food isle. Lol ..she never wants to leave it. I personally feel the same way about the store. The environment is always so clean and has such a friendly staff that it makes you not want to leave. I want to come back every single time too. Petco has everything you need for your family furbabies. This trip to Petco, we found everything for a family weekend mountain camping trip! Nugget was well taken care of the whole weekend and had a blast!!! Meet Nugget....

This is the closest Petco to me so unfortunately this is my default, but every single time I do a pickup order it takes so long. They don’t have curbside pickup, so I don’t know why that’s even an option. One time I tried calling and no one came out. So I went in, fine, I can do that. But then there is only ever one cashier and that’s if I don’t have to go looking for them. Or instead of just being able to have an efficient process to pick up orders, I have to wait in the normal line - which again, one cashier, at that point why bother doing a online order if it takes just as long?

Kat is amazing and knowledgeable in the aquatics department. I’ve had a freshwater and a salt water tank before, but it’s been years ago and there are so many more products available. She helped me choose appropriate residents and live decor based on size of tank and current inhabitants. She was also helpful in deciphering between the food options on the shelf.
