The store was very clean and had tons of stuff in there. The employees were very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Loved the visit and will definitely be going back again and again.

Our local PETCO is phenomenal. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. They treat us and our dog like we are their favorites. Every time we walk in, they great us by name & give our dog LOTS of love & attention. They go above and beyond to make us feel special and ensure that we get what we need.

Horrible Experience. Set appt for Cody - Golden Retriever 3-4 weeks back for a Saturday. Was called 4 days later that he was not going to be able to be seen the day of his appointment. Had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. Added Kylo my German Shepphard to the booking. Called 2-3 days later (Either Tues or Wed that week) to add a Hair Trim for my Golden retriever. Spoke to Bunny and was told no problem. I had a Saturday appt for my 2 boys at 12 noon. I show up at 11:50 and was told that my groomer was running late. To please wait. About 12:20, the groomer walks in. I was getting the boys checked in and wanted to confirm the services. I reminded Bunny that I had added a hair trim to Cody's services. She rudely states that there was "Nothing" on the booking and that they could not add the "Extra" services. I tried to explain that I had booked ahead. She states "I have 6-8 appointments for the day and she was already "busy enough". I requested a manager at that time. Ashley the manager come in and was more confrontational than Bunny. She stated that "SHE COULD NOT MAKE ANYONE DO ANYTHING additional. I re-tried to explain my situation and she would not hear it either.

I took my 6 month old Dachshund, Waffles, to the Petco in Noblesville for the puppy training classes. I honestly had very low expectations going into it (she is very stubborn and does not listen), but Andy did an AMAZING job and Waffles can do so much more than I ever expected! Every time we came into the store, every staff member knew Waffles and was so kind to both Waffles and myself. It made us both so excited to be coming every week! Waffles is now “graduated” and we use the skills that we learned in class every day with a lot of success. I’m so glad I went with the Petco in Noblesville and I will recommend it to everyone! Thanks Andy and everyone at Petco for making this such a great experience!

Great customer service. They let me in 2 mins before closing because I had a sick dog that wasn't eating and needed to pick up different food to entice her to eat. They even offered me some samples that were on sale to see if it would help. It was much appreciated!
