Absolutely terrible customer service. I pay for a Petco membership, and when it wasn’t showing up, the cashier immediately told me it wasn’t in the system instead of trying to figure out what was wrong. Then the employee at the register next to her jumped in just to tell me to contact Petco support. That was the only “solution” they offered. I’ve used this membership multiple times before, so I know it exists. Neither employee made any effort to troubleshoot the issue, look up my account another way, or get a manager to help. They acted like it wasn’t their problem and just wanted to send me away. I pay for this membership and expected customer service, not to be brushed off. It was a complete waste of my time, and the lack of effort from both employees was extremely disappointing. I expected much better from Petco.

If I could do zero stars I would! But far the worst customer service ever, they offer a curbside pickup with zero parking! Then to top it off if you park in the front and call to have them bring it outside no one answers the phone call. Oh and make sure there isn’t a cop around when you pull in front of their building with hazardous lights on for curbside because the cops with threaten you with a ticket because technically it’s a no parking zone! I’ve brought the issue up with Petco employees and there response was they can’t do anything about it because corporate doesn’t give them an opportunity to provide curbside parking. Can’t imagine how people who may be handicap or may be injured have to deal with the issue of having to get down. Also don’t get your hopes up when you do park and get down because the employees will make you get in the line regardless! Another huge inconvenience if you are in a hurry or have others waiting in vehicle for you. These are huge company issues that needs to be addressed, don’t provide a service to your customers if you can’t fulfill your obligations at all. It’s an easy fix either get rid of it or loose customers. I see no issue as to why any custo

First time my mom and I come to this location to buy cat food. Lady at the register was so sweet and helpful. She went out of her way and recommended some products from the ones we were purchasing. We just adopted a cat so we’re new to this lol. I think her name was Amanda. Love the customer service

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to here. Just left after buying my daughters hamster a hideaway and let me tell you- it was very dirty! Super unsanitary for little kids. The only presentable area was the aquatic/fish area. Sticking to PetSmart…do better!

This is my favorite location, it’s easy to get to and this store has always been clean and organized. The staff there have always been friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. I haven’t had any trouble having someone help me when I need assistance, unlike other stores where I’ve had to walk around looking for someone and still having to wait for awhile after they call the person that is in charge of that area. The fish selection is great and they are maintained really well, some of the best tanks I’ve seen. I definitely recommend this location for anyone that’s looking for a great and carefree experience at your local pet store. Added a new photo of my community tank today (02/09/26) to show how amazing it’s been growing with the support, knowledge and tips from the associates from my local Petco. These photos are about a year apart and you can see that my fish I purchased at Petco are still going strong. Hadn’t realized how much they have grown till I saw the picture from my original post.
