This Petco is awesome! They have extremely friendly and helpful staff who made my puppy very happy with their food choices, which makes me exuberant with joy because she is picky. Additionally, this store stays open an extra hour on Sunday, when all of the other Petco's close at 7:00pm! I drove 28 minutes to this store and it was definitely worth the trip! Thank you Petco for a wonderful staff, and excellent service!

A couple weekends ago, I took my dog in for a nail trim and teeth cleaning. This was my second time going to this petco for my dog's grooming. We were very dissatisfied to say the least. The first time we went, it felt like they hardly trimmed his nails. The second time was plain atrocious. After we got home from the grooming, my partner and I discovered that one of his nails were so badly cut that it was cut in the middle; looked like the nail was split in two. We freaked out and had to cut that uncut part of his nail just so it won't hurt when he walks. His other nails weren't trimmed well either. Just jagged. But the one nail was so bad we had to cut part of it just to ensure our dog's safety. We will not be coming again. The groomer was Amber. If you want to go here, just be aware of such things before going. I hate writing negative reviews about places and people. But this was reallh bad and I want fellow dog owners to know. This is a picture of his nail after my partner and I cut the part that was sticking out dangerously. We did not take a picture of his nail being split in two because the minute we saw it we wanted to trim it off before it hurt him.

Horrible horrible horrible experience here with the dog washing station. I do not recommend you use it. The grooming manager is extremely rude and dismissive of the issues. The machine that dispenses shampoo and conditioner was completely empty and the guy I had to flag down to help me leaving my huge golden doodle unattended because he was soaking wet he came in and saw none of them were dispensing anything but I water. Then he “helped” me move my dog to the other one and that barely had shampoo come out. I went to use conditioner and it’s completely empty. I’m so annoyed at this point so I go to same guy to tell him but at this point I’ve dried my dog off as much as possible And Kristie or Chrissy comes and tells me she can give me conditioner because it never dispenses correctly and I said I will take some home with me but I’m not going to pull my dog up in there a third time and she tells me no so I asked for a credit or a refund and she tells me no because I came over with a attitude and I chose to do the self wash. It was so unprofessional and you DONT get what you pay for. I will add the guy that had tried to help me was super nice he just wasn’t familiar with the self wash.

Fantastic store! Love the built-in adoption center—we adopted two guinea pigs, and it was seamless. They provided helpful info, a vetted list of exotic-animal clinics, and even a 20% off coupon. Couldn’t ask for better!
