We had our double coated dog groomed at the Ventura location off Main street and Samantha did a terrific job. She was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. She listened to what we requested and we were very pleased with the results. Our dog looks great!

Thank you, Daisy, for always taking such wonderful care of Molly. At 13 years old, she's so special to us, and we appreciate the love, patience, and attention you give her every time she visits. Her coat always looks so shiny and beautiful when she comes home, and she is always so happy to see her "second mama." It gives us such peace of mind knowing she's in such caring hands. We are so grateful for everything you do for our sweet girl!

The staff are wonderful. Daisy absolutely 💯 loves her fur baby clients. For the last 3 years I only have had Daisy groom, my pup and eith that the nail trim is essential. Every time we head inside my pup is so excited to see her. Which speaks volumes especially when it comes to nail trimming. Absolutely a true art form. CARRERA sends her 💞 to you. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of her while she is getting pampered..

Petco on Main Street, Ventura California always does a great job grooming my dog. they are gentle and he always comes out looking like he went to a high end grooming salon. He is always happy when I pick him up wagging his tail. Always get compliments on my poodles dapper look. Thank you Ventura Petco!!

this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a groomer. I went and showed her the first picture below of how I wanted my dog cut. I told her I want the snap to stay long. The feet need to be round. Everything just needs to be trimmed up. She showed me the different levels of cut on this mat and kept pointing to a shaved one and I kept reverting her back to the picture saying I want this. and my poor dog was completely bald when I picked her up. I did not even recognize her. I’ve already filed a complaint. They charged me extra to get a special package of a higher quality shampoo, etc. and I thought it would be good because she was getting spayed today and I knew she wasn’t gonna get bathed for a while. I am expecting my $114 to be reimbursed. the first picture is the one I showed her for an example of how I wanted her cut. The second one is how she looked before I took her and the last few pictures are what my sweet girl looks like now. It didn’t help that the girls spoke broken English. I have nothing against other languages, but when you’re in business, you need to be able to communicate with your customers. and this is exactly why I showed her the picture so that sh
