Petco is Mission grooming service is terrible. Customer service is unprofessional, and they blame everything on the pet. Instead of them asking themselves what they can do to make the experience more positive for the Pet, they just give up and throw protocols in your face after the fact. If you have a big dog dont take them there. They are not tolerant and abuse them somehow. Poor pets can't defend themselves. This place needs to be investigated . I wish I could give them negative stars.

Not happy didnt do toe nails. She said that he would bite at her. Well then you put a muzzle on. Didnt do eats. Sometime it might take 2 people. If you let the dog win he will always do this. Payed for this it should have been done. Thank you Ron

I had a really bad first experience at Petco grooming. I took my miniature schnauzer and showed a picture of the teddy bear cut I wanted, but what he got was nothing close. They cut off all his hair and even his beard, which is such an important part of the breed’s look. The haircut was uneven, his ears weren’t even finished, and he didn’t come out smelling clean or fresh. On top of that, it was very expensive for such poor service. Definitely not what I expected and I will never return.

This will be the last time I ever use this location for my grooming needs. 1. When I walked in and was explaining my needs for my dogs grooming appointment I was met with attitude and annoyance from the 2/3 ladies in the area (except for the initial person I was scheduled with she had long brown hair and I believe wore glasses, thank you for being the only kind person in the room). I asked for my dog to be trimmed but had booked a “bath” (I did this because last time I used this location I was told to just book the bath and ask for a trim, because a “bath and haircut” was not a good choice for my dog do to her coat) I was told “we don’t cut dogs like that” with a eye roll and I explained I didn’t want her buzzed just a trim. Then was told “you needed to book a haircut then because only groomers can do that” so I asked “should I rebook” then the 2 ladies who were visibly annoyed with me turned away from me and whispered then finally stated “I guess we can do that” I should’ve left, because of how they treated me but I was desperate and I wanted my Dog to just feel better because I could tell her coat was bothering her at home. 2. I came to pick up my Dog and her trim looked terrible

Always friendly and helpful with my dog. Bath and nail trim and buffing. Jasmine is wonderful with our "whinny"girl. Priced other places in RGV and Petco was comparable and the other places don't have 8th bath free.
