The Mesa location and Santos in particular did a great job with my yorkie & jack russell. My pets came home clean & happy. The team kept me posted on when they would be ready and even my anxious dog was all smiles when we left.

I cannot say enough great things about the service Jorge provided for my fur baby! From the moment we arrived, he was kind, professional, and made sure my baby felt comfortable and cared for. The haircut came out absolutely amazing clean, detailed, and exactly what I wanted for the summer time. You can truly tell Jorge takes pride in his work and genuinely loves what he does. My fur baby looked so happy, fresh, and adorable afterwards! I’m beyond pleased with the experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Jorge to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, talented, and caring with their pets! -

We have been going to PetCo on North Dobson for over a couple months now with a two visits for supplies and four different visits for grooming and Santos has done a really good job with our little guy Benny. I love being able to easily schedule services in the app and I never have to wait long in the store.

They RUINED my dog's tail. My dog had a beautiful, long, fluffy tail and they chopped it down to a stub. It was NOT matted or adhering her at all. They chopped it off because they wanted to and I hate it. My baby doesn't even look like my baby anymore. She loves to chase her tail and rub her long tail on people she loves, she loves when I run my hand along her tail and now she can't! It barely even WAGS! I would understand if it was matted or objecting anything but it was NOT. I brush her all the time, including her tail, and It's curly and sits up so it's not blocking anything or getting like pee and poop on it. ALSO, they admittedly didn't do all of the things I paid for. I paid for the bath (not bath and haircut so why did they even cut her tail in the first place???) and shed release + which is supposed to include double shed release shampoo, blow dry, 15 min brush + second brush, ear cleaning, anal gland expression, nail trim, scented spritzs, teeth brushing and nail buffing. They didn't clean her ears, do the second brush, being her teeth, buff her nails, or do the spritz...what did I pay for then? Lana and I will NEVER return and I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

I am so happy that I found Katrina at Petco in Riverview Shopping Center. She grooms my little terrier Izzy beautifully, exactly like the photos I showed her when I first came in. Her nail trims are great, too. Izzy loves Katrina which tells me something! I would recommend Petco Grooming and especially Katrina for anyone looking for a quality, kind, reasonably priced groomer.
