Petco Grooming

My dog and I have come here for years, today I drop her off for a bath routine and nail trim about an hour later I get a notification to come and pick her up only for the groomer to say that they weren't able to complete the bath today. I was confused because she has never had a problem in the years that we have come here so I asked and say that she refused to get in the tub and that she was flinching. The groomer apologize stating a lack of experience which is okay. But I do have a hard time believing it because my dog has never really had a massive problem with getting in the tub in the years that we have been customers of this establishment and all the report cards that I've gotten after her bath stated that she was well-behaved and sweet but shy and nervous. And I did state that while I was filling out the pre-appointment paperwork. I do not live close to here and it is disappointing that it took over an hour for them to reach me saying that the appointment had to be canceled and it was not a phone call that I got about it I walked in assuming that my dog was washed but instead I was told it was canceled. The reason why I am not giving this one star is because I was not charged

All of their staff is great with my bulldog who is a bit highstrung. I appreciate their skills and patience.

Both ladies working tonight were great! I didn't catch the name of one of them but the other was Olivia and she groomed my 9 month old Mini Goldendoodle. She did exactly what I wanted with not much direction from me. Not sure how she knew what to do but she did it perfectly. The other lady working was great and super friendly. Overall, I was much happier than I expected! Before and after pictures.

This is where my family met its newest member when he was visiting here with a group from a Fergus Falls animal rescue. We are so thankful for our exceedingly well behaved mini schnauzer chihuahua who we renamed Zeus to help him overcome his fear and timidness!

I would by lying if I said I didn't go back and forth between Petco and PetSmart. I like to support both businesses here in Fargo. Today we went to Petco, and we had been debating on switching to a different brand of food for our furkids. We've been helped at both places before, and had our questions answered with no problem. But Today was a little different, we were helped by a young woman named Jen, and it was by far the best experience we've had shopping in either of the two stores. She was so friendly and willing to help. She didn't mind that we were unsure of a few things. We asked her opinion on certain foods and she told us which one she feeds her animals, and why she does so. Her feature, function, and benefits presentation was outstanding. Her knowledge of the multiple products we had questions on, was fantastic. And she did it all with a big smile on her face. We go to Petco quite often and will continue to do so. We just want to give a big shout out to Jen for her great customer service, and for helping us choose the right food for our beloved kids.
