I normally don’t have a problem when I get my mini schnauzer groomed here. Everyone is super friendly. However, this last time the hair cut they gave her was not at all what she’s been getting or what I expected. When I dropped her off the groomer asked if we were going the same schnauzer cut, I said yes. She showed me the length and I agreed. I picked her up and was in a hurry due to being out all afternoon. When I got home I noticed she looked different. Her skirt and all the hair on her legs was gone. She was completely shaved except for her beard and eyebrows. I was not at all happy about this. It’s going to take several months to grow her hair out to the length her hair was before, I called and left a voicemail asking for a call back to find out what happened but nobody has called back.

I am super impressed with the grooming at the Cedar Hill Petco. Nathaniel is the best he has been grooming my malshi Sooki since was was little. He grooms with care and patience he is so gentle with her and explains everything to me. He is also good on giving grooming advice. I highly recommend!!

I have been taking my Bichon Frise to the most awesome groomer, Ashley, at the Cedar Hill, Petco. He did have TPLO surgery prior to finding Ashley and needed extra care after his medical release. Ashley has been very helpful, caring and very knowledgeable. I love the way our little man looks and smells, after his appointment. The receptionist at grooming has the best customer service, as well! The sales associates in the CH Petco are all very kind and helpful. I have no complaints except to say, the price of grooming has gone way up, It is the same every where!

Groomers are always very friendly I have no concerns when I drop off my dog. And they do a great job. They finished my dogs groom in two hours! I was very excited about that as my dog has anxiety when she’s away from us. They do an amazing fast job!

I was overcharged and underserviced during my last visit to Petco grooming. I am premier member and loyal customer and I refer everyone I know. I felt let down, lied to, and cheated during my last visit. My regular groomer apparently called off and I was not notified. I was one of the first appointments as soon as they opened, I made my appointment online and selected the exact services I wanted. I picked my furbaby up after he had been there for an extended time, only to find that he was barely groomed, his nails were long and his facial cut was uneven. To add insult to injury I was charged for services I did not select, even with my points and discounts, I paid over $70 and left feeling robbed. I asked the gentleman why my selections had been disregarded and he only told me that was my selection. I don't know who receives the responses to their surveys but I am considering canceling my membership and apologizing for all referrals given to my friends, family and followers due to the horrible treatment I have received.
