I asked one employee named Chris at the register if they had any training tools for the dog to hit the bells hanging from a door knob to let you know they want to go outside and he said he never heard of such a thing. I asked him how long he had worked at this store and he wouldn't answer me. Then a girl came in the front door and I asked her if they had training bells to hang on the door so a dog would learn to let you know he wanted to go outside and she never heard of anything either and told me that if they had anything like that it would be back on the far corner and pointed to the corner of the store. There was nobody there knowledgeable of what they have and to work in a pet store you really should know what your products are or at least try to go find it for the

We first went to PetSmart to find out the lady would not sell us any fish because our tank was only 20 gallons so I left never to return then I went to Petco and the team Heidi Josh MiKayla and Chris were awesome. Not only did they help us pick out the right fish but they also helped us and many other ways thanks guys what a great team I will be back for sure. But you can bet I will never return to PetSmart ever again they just lost my business Petco you're awesome thank you

Love everything about this place but I would never let my dog get groomed here. I actually went in to check it out and they didn't seem welcoming to having a person show up. Even though it says walk-ins welcome. There was only one other dog there that was halfway done and the lady at the back actually said that she'd rather not. The service there was unbelievable and not in a good way. Other than the grooming area, the workers are friendly, helpful and everything is well placed and easy to find!

I realize people have off days. We all do. I’ve been taking my pup in for over a year for grooming every six weeks. Never had to cancel or postpone, although I’ve been flexible when staff has had to reschedule at the last minute. I’ve not always been 100% satisfied with the grooming results, however, I never complained about it. Dogs aren’t always cooperative. Unfortunately, because I did not verify I was actually coming into a regularly scheduled appointment today, I was treated very rudely by the groomer when I showed up, on time, for it. Clearly upset, she was physically shaking. I left my dog, but before I got to my car I turned around and went back inside to collect him because I became afraid he might have taken the brunt of her irritation. There are other places to take a dog to be groomed and that’s what I’ll do. Also, there’s another pet store in town, so no need to visit the store again.

I took my daughter today to buy a beta fish. Dion helped us from start to finish! He was so knowledgeable. Taught us so much and helped recommend things for our aquarium. Instead of buying one beta fish we went home with a whole sorority. I had no clue you could put females together but to watch the red tails. Dion was awesome! 10 out of a 10 experience! Thank you so much for the help Dion!
