We always have such a great experience bringing our dog Bobby here for grooming. Our regular groomer, Espie, does his haircut perfectly every single time and we truly appreciate the care she puts into her work. Bobby has a lot of anxiety when it comes to going to the groomer, but Espie is incredibly patient and knows exactly how to handle him in a calm and gentle way. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. Not only does he come out looking amazing after every visit, but it’s clear that he’s well taken care of throughout the whole process. We’re so grateful to have found a groomer who understands our dog and treats him with such kindness. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Espy! From the moment we walk in, we always feel so welcome. She is friendly, professional, and clearly loves what she does. She does an amazing job on my Shih Tzu every single time — the cut is always perfect, clean, and exactly how I like it. My pup comes back looking adorable and well cared for. Appointments are always on time, and I get my dog back within a very reasonable amount of time, which I really appreciate. It’s such a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish. We will absolutely always go back to Espy. Highly recommend!

My favorite place for dog grooming! Espy is our go-to groomer (and the Salon Leader), and she’s truly the best. She goes above and beyond, our pups always leave happy and looking amazing 🐶 🤩 She’s knowledgeable, answers all our questions, and tailors the groom to what each dog needs. Highly recommend Espy if you want someone you can trust.

I like this location of Unleashed at the corner of H close to the FWY. My dog's regular groomer is Espie although when she was out sick, my dog had other groomers. I say she survived without major anxiety. I took her one time at Petsmart to try their groomer since my neighbor spoke highly of her groomer there. Nothing compared to unleashed. I am able to get my discount without having to pay in advance like in Petsmart. They want you to pay in advance to get a $20 discount at Petsmart. Unleashed have Vets come to the store on some Saturdays and another day of the week also are affiliated with their Vetco clinic on Broadway. I find them easy to talk to. Aside from the grooming discount, the membership of $24.99 earns you coupons you can use for food or grooming services. Also, the Vetco consultation is free with membership which usually runs about $80 or more. I highly recommend this location especially for new puppies. We have been taking Cora there for about almost 5 years now. Also, the staff at the register are very helpful. They have new staff member, Kai who helped me with my bill. He was very patient and gave me lots of information. He was also helping another cus

5+ years ago, I adopted the cutest Jack Russell / Chihuahua mix. In preparation I went to PETCO. I had questions. The sales person had answers, equipment, and advice. Wonderful. Oh and food galor! Then we met Espy when I endeavored to get Tessa to take a bath at home. She was terrified and we were both soaked. I was reluctant to introduce her to another "stranger", but Espy went to her knees, gently talking to her, (and me) Tessa calmed right away. Off she went. Now, when it's time for a bath, all I have to say is: let's go see Espy! She's headed to the car and off we go. All members of your staff are polite, asking if I need help when shopping. Thank you for an opportunity to recognize one and all at your Chula Vista location on East H Street. Ann Brillon
