If I could do 0 stars it would be an Absolute! Not to mention all the business I’ve contributed through my past purchases! I bought a Imagitarium Pro 6.6 kit for my betta on 6/10/2026, I also bought Fluval stratum and live packaged plants! I get home get everything set up to recognize at the end that the kit was missing a power cord that powers the light and filter and that the light is warped! (Ended up spending over $70 more to replace the parts) THE MANAGER had the audacity to ask me to return the kit and the plants and stratum. For the refund to be placed on my card! (So where is my betta supposed to live in while I wait for the money to come back) ? Yesterday they told me I could get a partial refund for the missing power cord! (Still doesn’t help) The kit is basically a brick! And they want me to remove the stratum and bring the whole thing back plants and all!!!!!! ALL IN ALL! Don’t go buying any aquatic kits from them! I try calling the 800 number because you’d think you’d get support there but no! Since the purchase was in store it all has to be returned! I drove all the way from Little Rock thinking Conway was a better store just to be BAMBOOZLED! They don’t recognize how

Gabby the “manager” over the fish and animals at petco in Conway is a very uneducated and unprofessional woman. Not only did she refuse to help me when there were only her and one other associate who may I add was spectacular unlike Gabby. She was on the floor doing tags in the dog food section where I had to search the store just to find her which she ended up being absolutely no help. She informed after I asked politely if she could get a fish for me, that I could go up front and he could page someone over there. In reality this was to avoid helping me as she walked to the register instead then dismissing my husband as he was in line trying to purchase a highland cow toy for our daughter. She didn’t even ask if he needed help other than stating the other associate could get the fish. So she had this man stop what he was doing when she was doing nothing and at this time there wasn’t anyone else needing assistance. Noting that when I did finally find her and asked for help I said thank you she ignored me. She is very rude and disrespectful. She told the other associate after having my husband wait in line to ask for help that he needed to help us because she didn’t like us. This is

Gabriella is absolutely amazing! She has so much knowledge on the animals and you can see the passion flow into her work. She is 10/10 the one to go see out here in Conway for any of you animal needs!
