Petco

Most the people I encounter in the store are nice and willing to help, once I asked. I got the wrong filter for my tank, a lady with long blonde hair working with the fish had no care for me nor what I was getting for my fish. She kinda shoved me off after I asked for a live plant. I had to go back the day after getting my fish to get food and health pellets, a nice young man helped and had a better view on fish. I hated the fact that I had to go to the store 5 times in the same week

We went to petco to buy some fish for our daughter and had already told the guy what fish and how many we wanted and we still waited 30 minutes for him to come help and was still waiting at the 30 minute mark, so we left. It was kind of ridiculous for him to ask us what we wanted and then for us to be waiting so long to actually get what we wanted.

Prices on the shelf are not the same as at the register. Some very sketchy price manipulation is going on in this store. It’s also cluttered and not well organized either. After having to get assistance finding an item because of the messy store, I bought what I thought was a 9.99 item. It was the wrong size, which I realized when I got to the truck. I walked back in and exchanged it only a few moments later for a bigger size marked 11.99 (now why is the same product more in a different size?). They then proceeded to charge me 19.99 for the second one and I had to pay the difference of $8 and change. I realized the issue as I was about to leave, checked the shelf and showed the cashier the retail tags. She was very nice, corrected it, and gave me that difference back. However when I got home and later reviewed my receipts, I see I was charged 11.99 for the FIRST one… BEFORE the exchange! It was marked 9.99 on the shelf! Not going back for $2, shame on me for not catching it… but between the two items I would have been out almost $11 if I hadn’t caught it the second time. That’s extremely sketchy and not at all honest business practices. This corporation is stealing from people w

Carrie is very friendly and helpful. I go to her for all my fish tank questions and needs. She's a great asset to this store!

5 stare across the board! I absolutely love the spiders in there. So cool. However, please put them in a bigger spot. Like where the birds are. And where do guys get your spiders? I am a spider enthusiast and I have never heard of a Mexican flame knee. New breed, name? Thank you!
