Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. It said my appointment was 12 to 1215. It stated per the email. I have a 15 minute grace. However, when I got there, they told me five. I’m never usually late however the traffic was just terrible to get into Cherry Hill. I tried my best to be as quick as I possibly could and I got there exactly at 12:13 however, the lady in the front was not very nice. She was like nope you can’t be seen and basically told me nothing can be done. I definitely hope others have a better experience again. I definitely don’t ever like to be late to appointments is definitely on me. However, my email says a 15 minute grace period but they’re saying a different thing. Maybe they need to communicate that better on an email and their policies as well.

I booked a nail trimming for my 5 pound Chihuahua on 8/5/26. Upon arrival after seeing grooming staff was not busy I added on a bath service. My dog was bathed but her nails were not trimmed. After discussing this with grooming staff they said my dog was Feisty and they refused to cut her nails yet they charged me for the services. After asking for a refund they directed me to a manager who ultimately gave me a refund for the nail trimming. I asked for a grooming manager call back to see if my dog could come back for future nail trimmings since grooming staff refused service. After waiting a week for a call back I called in to speak with the manager and got the assist manager instead. She told me that the grooming manager and grooming staff that I booked with was not there for me to speak with. After a brief discussion she became nasty and told me that this was her day off and she just came in at 130 and was frustrated. I told her that she was being unprofessional and should not take it out on a customer and if she didn't like her job she shouldn't have it. I have been met with nothing but unprofessionalism from the entire staff at this location. From grooming to front store staff.

I love this store! Plus, the grooming salon is wonderful! I have always had a great experience bringing my poodle, Bentley for a haircut! We had Colleen this time, and she was wonderful! I’d recommend Petco of Cherry hill to anyone looking for a well stocked store, GREAT grooming services, and veterinary care!

I brought my dog here for a quick check up and shots. I enjoyed the fact that I didn't have to wait long between checking in and seeing the dr. All the staff was very nice and answered all my questions.

We absolutely LOVE it there! Wynter has been going since she was 12 weeks old and she’s now 8 months. The staff is incredibly kind and you can tell they genuinely care. She loves every single one of them! If you go, please book training with Daniella — she is AMAZING!
