Lady wouldn't take the water sample supplied. Fish died because of diseases while all the other fish in the tank are perfectly fine, then refused to sell anymore fish except a koi that was going in my pond. With. Sell one fish but not another. Ridiculous

They need to clean their pet cages out. It looks like the cat cages have never been cleaned and they are shoved in a tiny box left to be bored all day. It’s an unhealthy lifestyle and it smelt awful. Litter box looks like it never has been cleaned, there was throw up left uncleaned in the corner. The water looked unchanged and maybe even moldy. I felt awful for these sweet kitties, along with the birds as well. Most animals look lethargic, I don’t think that they being lethargic is this staffs fault but petsmart 100% need to update their policy. This is animal abuse at this point. I’m hoping I just caught them on a bad day.

I visited this location last Friday afternoon (before the weekend snowstorm) to purchase some fish. I understand the store was understaffed with only two employees during a busy time, and I want to acknowledge that’s a challenging situation for any retail team. However, my experience with the aquatics associate was disappointing. While I waited patiently for assistance, when she finally helped me, it was clear she was still frustrated from a previous customer interaction. The standard questions about my tank setup—size, age, stocking levels, species—were asked in a tone that felt less like a conversation and more like an interrogation. When I tried to explain that I’m experienced with fishkeeping and have multiple established tanks, her response was defensive: “Sir, I don’t know who you are. I’m just trying to figure out if I can sell you fish or not.” After that exchange, while she did ask if I needed any additional fish and completed the transaction professionally, she became very dismissive and disengaged. There was no conversation, no warmth—just going through the motions. The manager at checkout was similarly short and seemed preoccupied with her mobile device. I understand di

Wonderful store and great people . The membership is worth it . I would always check to see what deals they have. Love the proximity to other stores as well. Big parking lot as well

The photo on the left is what i got today. The one on the right is what I got on my first visit. I'm totally disappointed with the service today and how this was handled. First, my appointment was changed without a phone call to see if this work with my schedule. Second, I explained to the groomer about how much to cut and she ignored my request. Now my sweet girl has a botched haircut and she refused to put a bow on her. The groomer stated that she could not put bows on puppies. The first visit was great, and the groomer took good care knowing that this was her first time. This was explained to the groomer today that this was her second appointment. I brushed my sweet girl the night before and they charged me for her being matted. This was not true. I'm very upset about this and will probably not use them again. If you're not use to grooming puppies just say up front. The pictures are about 3 weeks apart. I spoke to the grooming manager; and she explained that each groomer does their individual service and that is depends on who you get for service as to what they can and cannot do. BUT on the website for scheduling it does not give any overvie
