Auburn is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Auburn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Massachusetts's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

No fish should have to live like this!! I bought a betta fish literally only because I felt bad for it… I asked the employees why the water was so muggy to the point you could not even see the fish anymore and they down played my concerns. The fish was also marked 50% off and the employee admitted that the fish had been there for months even though the company is not supposed to have the betta fish in these cups for long amounts of time. It is cruel! If you do not have space to give them then you should not sell them in your store! I highly recommend not supporting a company that abuses animals. We need to end the cruelty. I have also heard horrible things about how they treat the birds… DO NOT shop here!!!! I used to come here all the time and give this large company way too much money, not anymore!!!!

I am traveling and was assured that going to any Petco across the country would be no problem. One thing I guess I forgot is how nasty and unaccommodating people can be on the east coast. Petco advertises walk in service for nail trim but they have every tech fully booked. One location turned me away without a solution. The Auburn location is at least squeezing me in. It in no way is the techs fault it must be management that they do not staff accordingly.

I went to this place and I got to see a lot of ADORABLE... and I mean a lot of ADORABLE guinea pigs. I also got to see a tarantula. I think it was a red wolf tarantula. So yikes, but, so cute! However, I did not get to hold the guinea pigs... which was a shame. So four stars for that. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! Only a little bit more. The staff were very respectful to me asking to hold the guinea pigs because I expected then to snap at me or something in that manner. So that is my review. Four stars. YAY! Anyway. Peace Out Y'all!

I am very disappointed with the place. My dog went in for a bath and a haircut, & they told me my dog would be ready in 4 hours (reasonable and efficient) though after 4 hours I received a text saying how my dog peed and pooped in the kennel and needed his legs washed. I understood and was back in the shop half an hour after the text, and four hours and fifteen minutes after I originally dropped him off in the morning. When I picked him up I was willing to wait for him to be washed up, but after taking longer than I’ve already waited…I asked to take my dog home and wash him up myself for I had somewhere to be and could not leave my dog in the shop for 5 hours. To make myself clear, it is nobody’s fault I had somewhere to be…I emphasized that me washing him myself was no problem for it is no one’s fault he peed. But after I picked my dog up four hours and thirty minutes after his shower AND haircut, he had got no haircut. I was told they needed one more hour to wash him up after the incident so that would be 5 hours in total. I spoke to the manager in grooming and she said there was nothing she could do, that they were just in a rush. For me, it was confusing because my dog had been

THIS DOG GROMMING salon is TERRIBLE! They should shut it down. They hurt the dogs! We'll never take our dog there again. They didn't even trim her nails, and look how they left her, yet they still charged the fee. They should close the grooming service.
