Mill Creek is in Washington, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. Our annual checkup went great! The staff are caring and knowledgeable, no pressure to buy medications through them. If you have thrive plus, everything is well integrated. We’ve done teeth cleanings and extractions here and feel like they have our dog’s best interests at heart.

We first visited Petcare Hospital in the saddest circumstances: we were away from our usual vet when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved elderly pup. Dr. Curran, Makayla, and the rest of the team handled us and our dog with so much respect, gentleness, and compassion. The procedure unfolded at our pace, with our dog’s comfort as well as our emotional needs at the forefront. The room had a big cozy area in the center where we could sit with our dog, pet her, and talk to her during the entire procedure. Saying goodbye is always, always heartbreaking, but Dr. Curran and co. made it as smooth and comfortable as possible for us. We also received a condolence card from the team in the mail a couple of weeks later, which was such an emotional, beautiful “extra mile” that meant so much. Speaking more generally, the entire clinic had a calm, comforting energy that I can tell is carefully cultivated and maintained by the team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience being helped through one of the toughest times in our lives. Thank you so much to Dr. Curran, Makayla, and everyone else who treated us with so much empathy and kindness. This petcare center and the people who work

This is my first pet care center and I don’t really have anything to compare this with but I love how caring the doctors and personnel are. I had a pretty urgent need to have my cat seen by a doctor. They were fully booked but the doctor found a way to put us on the schedule and the medication they prescribed worked really well.

I was very happy with my recent visit for my 12 year old dog. Barbara assisted us and was very great with communicating the plan for the visit. She spoke directly to me versus the computer screen and made it apparent that she was listening to my concerns. She gave me quotes for the treatment plan without making me feel pressured to add on any treatments. She reassured me that Ozzy was doing a good job even though he was nervous. For a dog mom who puts her dog first, it was very lovely to have someone understand the importance of quality care when it comes to our pets. Thank you so much.

I love everyone here! They really do care about my puppy I was working with other clinic but I really didn’t see the amount of love and care that I found here Place is nice and location is great They have a wide selection of food, toys, treats … etc They never try to sell me anything that I don’t need but they always advise me with what and whatnot to do They took really care of Mochi, always available, appointments are easy to get. I think they will start to offer daycare again (Not sure yet about that) they are busy and I don’t want to take too much of their time Really appreciate their care to my puppy I always feel safe here
